I have know Dr. Eric Fox since he began his carer and find it nothing less than an honor to witness how far he has come since then. Infact, I was his very first patient to have an embeded wisdom tooth removed that was actually growing in sideways in my jaw bone. Not to many people can say that. Everything went smoother than I expected, and the follow up and true concern of his staff was incredable. Making sure I had everything I needed answering all my questions and checking in on me nearly everyday not just a quick call. I have to disagree with all these positive reviews. Several years ago, I went to the office out of concern for discoloration on my tongue, but ended up having an old gold crown on a back molar removed. After it was extracted, they refused to return it to me, calling it "medical waste". That's simply not true; it belongs to the patient. It should have been sanitized and returned to me. read more

Dr. Fox seems to truly care about his patients. I went there twice and was sent home (for good reasons) because of his thoroughness. My wisdom tooth was not bothering me but I was recommended for it to be removed because of the tooth I'm front of it. Turns out my wisdom tooth is so deeply impacted that I was at high risk for nerve damage after the procedure. I was already hooked up to oxygen and the heart monitor preparing for sedation but Dr. Fox called my primary dentist and discussed everything. Since my wisdom tooth is not the problem, I now will be able to fix the tooth in front without removing it. He wasn't worried about losing a customer/patient/money. He was only concerned with my best interest. Thank you Dr. Fox! Also note: the staff was amazing! Very accommodating, easing my nerves, helping me remain calm during the whole process. Dr. Fox is fantastic!! The front office and support staff is extremely professional and just plain nice. It had never been more apparent, how the demeanor of the staff at a medical office can play such a significant role in putting paients at ease. During my initial consultation, Dr. Fox gave me the hard truth that my particular procedure had a high probability of resulting in nerve damage. He didn't make any promises; He just laid out the facts. Something about that resonated with me. After my actual procedure, and after I regained some post-medication composure, I was quite pleased to discover that I had full sensation in my lower lips and jaw; the locations that would have been impacted by the possible nerve injury. Finally, to cap off a seemingly perfect medical experience, Dr. Fox called me the same day to check on my post-operation state; not his office, the good doctor called himself. I have a couple of follow-up procedures yet to be completed at the time of this review, but cannot foresee my experience deviating from the high quality of care I have already received. read more

I just got my wisdom teeth removed today. I am the biggest worrier. When it comes to doctors, needles, blood, etc., I freak out. Honestly, I was supposed to get them out in July so that should tell you that I tried putting it off. I've never been in surgery before, let alone had a cavity. Today, Dr. Fox and his staff did an amazing job. I needed all 4 out. Going under was probably the one thing that freaked me out the most, but the nurse was so gentle with the needle, and once they administered the sedation, I was out within seconds. I woke up as if I took a nap and I actually woke up singing. Lol. I'm home now, having soup, minimal pain, and I didn't even need gauze when I went home. I have prescription pain meds, but all you really need is something to take the edge off so anything like Motrin or Advil will do! To the worriers out there, trust me, I know it's scary, but I got through it. And I wouldn't go ANYWHERE else for oral surgery again. Don't read the negative reviews or listen to the horror stories from your friends. It's really ok and once again, Dr. Fox and his staff is the place to go. read more

Dr Fox and his staff are wonderful! I am usually one to go far to find the best doctor, but in this case he was in my backyard! Both of my kids had all four wisdom teeth extracted. My son had his done two days ago with all four being impacted. He never had a bit of pain and zero swelling and only took advil because I made him! He went out to dinner on the second night and felt great! Dr. Fox has a great bedside manner and even called me the night of surgery after each childs surgery just to check on the kids! Not sure there are many doctors that would go the extra mile and call the patients themselves! I would not recommend any other doctor but Dr. Fox! His staff was also terrific as I wanted an earlier appt for my child and at the time there was not one available so they put me on a wait list and were constantly on top of it and were able to give us an earlier appt. All doctors offices should take a page out of their book! read more
