The treatment is a bit pricey compared to other orthodontic offices but I rather pay the extra money for the consistent care and routine follow ups. If I had any questions they're more than happy to schedule an appt for a visit just to take a look and ease my mind/pain. 1000% worth the price. The office is really clean and smells fresh. I restarted my invisalign treatment since I stopped half way when I found out I was pregnant. Dr. C is very detail oriented on his care and explains every step. He was a referral from a friend. Freeman is a cattle in and cattle out operation with lots of fun things for the kiddies but no…read moresense of responsibility for their patients. I was an adult patient severely impacted by P.B. Sanderson as a teenager. For ease, four teeth were pulled before my jaw had developed. The old metal banded braces did not move my teeth as a whole. My teeth were "bonsai-ed," with the crowns moved but the roots never moved. By mid life I was in a mess. I worked extra jobs for 2 High End Periodontal Laser Surgeries for Freeman, the Original Doctor, to clear me for his high end kiddie braces. Though the perio man wanted 2 years, Freeman shortened the course to less than 18 months. Freeman, to make it easy, wanted to remove just another perfectly healthy tooth. The Perio man said no. I had enough bone loss. Dr. Freeman claimed to have presented my case to a conference, it was so successful. However, the therapy required a permanent wire behind the upper teeth, The retainers had to be made to fit over the wire. I was told by Freeman I had to wear the retainers for life. Freeman the King then sold his practice of cute young girls who looked at my teeth more than the doctor did. The metal retainer broke. The new owner said, "We can't fix it because we don't use that therapy." This made my retainers useless as well. I was not offered any options or even new retainers. I was a done deal and they wanted no responsibility, using "Dr. Freeman isn't active in the business anymore." In all my expenses were about $20,000 between lasers and Freeman. They could have cared less that I was left up the creek. I have never had a cavity, no root canals- my teeth were essentially perfect and still are except for mobility and spaces, and gum damage from metal bands and the fear I will be stuck one day- now I am 72. But teen orthodontia ruined the teeth I was born with and the Freeman practice just took me to the cleaners and threw me onto the street. Dr. Freeman is a big phony baloney ZERO not interested in delivering patient care, but invoices. It is too bad that teenagers are forced into orthodontia without knowing the consequences mid-life which generally involve major reconstruction, incurable periodontal disease, and emotional stress. I hate dentists. Now I am using a program of Rife Frequencies to save myself. I will never trust another dentist. Freeman Office is a big fun show, but the buck stops there. It is "corporate" orthodontics, like a mass chicken producer, not dedicated to providing a lasting standard of medical treatment and health. I'm sure it looks swell to the parents, and to the kids who get games and prizes, but that is marketing smoke and mirrors. When Freeman's treatment failed and I should have been immediately refitted with new retainers, they shrugged me off with a sorry, we don't do that treatment anymore. The adults I have known who have been through similar risks to their teeth ALL have wire retainers behind their teeth in addition to the night retainers. So Freeman does not have a standard of care which aligns with other adult orthodontics. Adult orthodontics is not Invasalign. It is a course, or medical treatment and in my case a corrective procedure due to failure of the first ortho man my poor father struggled to pay. Both Invasalign and an irresponsible orthodontist can have you in dentures before you know it. I have nothing but the worst wishes for all of Dr. Freeman's own children's teeth. Though I consented to treatment with the understanding it was risky, I did not consent to being left stranded by people who only wanted my money. No more Smiles for you if your treatment option is discontinued-
