Donna the hygienist was outstanding. She was animated, fun, interactive and thorough in explaining the process to my daughter, step by step. Dr. Brandon Ladeau was, as usual; kind, compassionate and very informative in explaining how adolescent teeth and hygiene impact adult teeth. He explained the importance of proper or hygiene to my daughter. I have been a patient for 3 years now and each visit has been better than the last. I never expected to feel so passionate about expressing how impressed I have been with a dental practice. They are honest, professional, pleasant and personalize the experience for each patient. My mom and I have been patients of Dr. Wagner's (Moeckel's business partner) for more than 15 years and he is one of the most caring health care providers I have ever met. I've had the pleasure of working with Dr. Moeckel as well during the times when Dr. Wagner is away and she shares his warmth and dedication to their patients. The entire staff is positive, friendly and kind - and it's genuine, not forced. That kind of mutual respect & regard is cultivated by great management and compassion - Dr. Wagner, Dr. Moeckel and their entire staff from the front desk to the dental chair deserve kudos and more for their impressive work. And while I've waxed poetic about their personal touch, it's important to mention that they are precise and committed to getting it right. He leaves no stone unturned and is the most knowledgeable dentist I have ever had the pleasure to know. Not only does his knowledge of dentistry run deep, but his technical skills are equally impressive. My jaw alignment had been changing over the last few years and he recommended Invisalign. My mouth now feels like it once did. Dr. Hanna recommended a few other procedures, some cosmetic, some medical and I could not be happier with the outcome. It took a couple of years to complete but was worth the wait. Now that the masks are off I get quite a few compliments. Over the course of my gypsy life I have been blessed to find 2 dentists who were true artists, with a passion for their work and the elevation of their craft to that far above their peers. I am pleased to report I have discovered a third. The first two had offices in southern and northern CA respectively. The third is Dr. Ivanna. I had 2 adjacent crowns that needed to be replaced. He scanned the existing crowns. Redesigned new ones using the scanned images. I watched the redesign process using software and his exceptional skill was amazing. He then milled the new crowns in office and fitted them with very minimal adjustment. The fit was perfect. Completed in 3 hours on a Saturday, during a single visit. No other adjustment required. Thank you Dr Ivanna. You are a true artist.

One cap needed to be replaced 3 times within a very short period of time. The third time, my wife could tell the dentist was mad. He pushed the cap back on with such force that it caused her great pain. While doing this, my wife heard a cracking noise. She asked - did you just crack a tooth - the dentist said no, but sure enough, an adjacent tooth broke a couple of weeks later. Every cap put in by this dentist has fallen out at least once. They do terrible work and they are very expensive. Now we have to find a new dentist to fix the damage that's been done and we're sure it's going to cost big bucks!

I always make the drive back to Worcester every six months to get my cleanings! Dr. Coakley has kept my teeth in tip-top shape over the years, so I've only needed a couple of fillings, but he's rebuilt one of my front teeth for me, and also put in two Maryland bridges over the years due to a congenital problem where two of my adult teeth never came in. He also performed gum lasering. Having two fake teeth in the front of my smile, it is very difficult to match exact colors and shape, but I always get compliments on my smile and no one has ever been the wiser that some of my teeth aren't real! About 5 years ago, I hit my tooth in a sporting event and had a huge hole in my mouth where my fake tooth had been knocked out. I called Dr. Coakley that night, and he told me to come right in that night and he fixed it right up for me, with my dad acting as his assistant. I had just been to another dental clinic in Leominster, where I was seen by a young dentist who spent more time looking at x-rays of my teeth than actually looking in my mouth, then told me I needed 4 teeth extracted immediately, or I might risk the chance of sepsis from an infection in one of the teeth. I went to Dr. Cronin for a second opinion. He listened to my story of what had happened, looked at the same set of x-rays and examined my mouth, telling me that, "Yes, some of these teeth may need to come out, but not now." We proceeded on that basis. Some of those teeth have had to come out, but both the process and the cost were far more agreeable. And speaking of agreeable, Dr. Cronin is simply a very nice guy. Dr. Cronin now is semi-retired and I am seen by Dr. Dani, who is probably the most relaxed dentist I've ever seen. At the end of my first session with him, we fist-bumped--it came out of nowhere, feeling completely natural. Both Dr. Dani and Dr. Cronin actually listen to a patient and try to do what a patient wants; and the cost is reasonable. I do not have dental insurance and they lower the cost accordingly.
