His receptionists and hygienists are kind, gentle, and friendly. They eased me back into cleanings and helped me overcome my fear of the dentist. Although the dentist still isn't "fun", they make it completely tolerable. They offer me a warm neck pillow, a paraffin wax, and choice of TV channel to watch. They even offer to clean your jewelry! Dr. Sherry responded to me within the hour, and she got me in for an appointment the very next day. During my appointment, Dr. Sherry and her team made me feel very comfortable and addressed all of my concerns. Their facility feels more like a luxury spa vs. a traditional healthcare office. Since the initial appointment, they have been very responsive when I requested the records be sent to my home dentist. They also followed up to see how I was doing, and I really appreciated the handwritten note I received in the mail after the appointment.
