While they try to work with insurances, they draw a hard line at using amalgams and only use composite resins. Since my insurance does not cover the latter, my family is potentially "on the hook" for the difference (BTW, they have generally only billed up to the amount allowed for the amalgam).

I hope anyone who happens to check this will note that the one star review was left over 8 years…read moreago. I didn't know Dr. Dame then, but I know him now and he's phenomenal. The terrible anxiety I used to feel before visiting the dentist (and why I stopped getting regular cleanings) is very minimal these days. He is so good at what he does! I've had old silver fillings removed and fixed. I've gotten a couple cavities drilled and filled. But most importantly, I'm back on track with my 6 month cleanings. Dr. Dame does a thorough job. He's beyond knowledgeable, and is an all around cool guy. He's got a great staff including (but not limited to) Kristy-- running the ship up front. Madisyn-- running around getting people prepped, and Jenna-- who's just the best hygienist ever. I see now that there are more reviews on the Google side of things, but hate to see this old one star review on Yelp. Just call 'em and make an appointment already. Yeah, YOU!
