Ummm....when I'm sick I have to call all of my appointment to cancel them. I just think it's very unprofessional to leave people hanging then to not offer an apology. I was then handed off to Danny, "our most experienced team member". I replied to Danny's email on Nov. 16th and have still not received a response. This agency has made it very clear that my business is not needed and my personal protection is not their priority. I do not recommend this agency to anyone.

So I decided to send a letter, only to find they misplaced it and were going to "work on it and get right back with you". Well, that didn't happen either and now it's been two months. They just appear not to be very organized and therefore not responsive. And that's certainly not something you want to expose your business to. Just wonder what would happen if I had a claim! Scary thought.

After a month I was willing to take another credit hit just to get a new agent for my re-finance this is when I called ahead to Jason Huynh's office and talked to Qui. She is very professional, kept very good and fast responsiveness and made me not hate State Farm again. Mr. Huynh please do something great for Qui she deserves recognition for her ability to turn a horrible experience into a least stressful one and I am grateful to her. She broke down the whole process for me as well as the fees as many times as I needed to understand. Today may 5/23 before the policy expires they send that my policy will exp midnight, Not only that they have been billing me from the beginning off this month , I asked them to separate the bill with the other vehicle for almost one month ...no call back ,,, no customer service...today I decided to move my business to other company and Finnish this drama .
