Terri worked with our problems and got us individual plans for each person when we first started with our health two years ago. This year teo insurance companies canceled their coverage and didnt alert us unril November, and the third child needed to change. I am the CEO of a financial corporation and had a broker present an offer to me, from Habersham, signed by their CEO, offering to purchase my life insurance policy for $1.75M. They had been given all of my medical information months earlier. After submitting all of their contracts, escrow agreement and providing all documents on their check list, they slow played going to escrow, for weeks, and eventually backed out of the contract, citing they found underwriting issues regarding me Life Expectancy. It was an obvious switch and bait to renegotiate for a lower price, using a LE report that didn't meet industry ethical standards and failed to list all of my medical conditions. I've consulted legal counsel and the Texas Insurance Commission. It appears they violated many statutes and have wasted two months of my time, when I was given 6-12 months to live by my doctor. I think they acted in bad faith, negligence, fraud and violations of the Americans with disabilities act. I'm proceeding with litigation and have national newspaper that is interested in a story. I plan to make certain they wish they had never tried to screw me over. Their despicable and violate industry norm ethical practices.

I'm going to try to reach her because the person I've been getting instead is like a brick wall. She just does not understand simple instructions at all. It's impossible to communicate with her. A simple request to remove an ex from my auto policy has been met with resistance and downright rudeness even though it's been my car and policy since day one. Last night she canceled my policy at his request- unbelievable!!!!! I asked her months ago to remove him from my policy. I'm furious at the moment Aurora would have never let this happen.
