This is a 1st class professional and caring dental group. They don't try to upsell you on everything you need done on your mouth and take care of the problems you have at hand! I absolutely hate going to the dentist, but the staff here makes it a little bit easier. Each visit, Dr.Moskowitz comes in and checks the teeth to make sure that everything is okay with your teeth. TMI but I always have a ton of plaque and they are always so patient with everything and take their time to remove as much as they can. The hygienists explain everything they are going to do and make sure to not hurt you too bad with the instruments.

Dr. Schmitt herself is good at what she does. Appointment scheduling is very easy. I have never had to wait for my appointment time. More often I get in early, if I show up early. I have also had to make a last minute change and they were more than helpful and understanding as well. On my first visit, I had to get a root canal and she referred me outside of her office. However, the doctor she referred me to specialized in root canals and did the job very fast. Much faster than she would have she says since she doesn't do them as often. And even though she referred me outside of her office, it wasn't some expensive office either. It was very affordable and much more affordable than other offices in the area. Since my first visit I have introduced the rest of my family to her. My son was introduced to the dentist recently and she made his visits always very comfortable. He is not scared of the dentist and actually works harder at taking care of his teeth because of her. My child needed to get a couple of fillings and she has this great machine that numbs the mouth and the gums without having to use a needle. Amazing!!! Worst dental experience I have ever had. Initially went in for a procedure and I should have left…read morethe moment I saw the assistant place instruments on the bare table and not a cloth and touch things with her bare hands. I had to return to the office multiple times due to my fill - ins flaking off and some of the resin was not placed properly. I have continued to have issues & was told by the office staff that the doctor would fix my issue when I came back for the other side to be done. I have been experiencing achy pain, mild swelling and have called the office multiple times for help. No one has returned my calls. I am now being completely ignored and suffering from this problem. Customer service is the absolute worst I have ever experienced and 1 am completely disappointed in my experiences. There was also resin on a tooth that was not even worked on. I went in to have it taken off and now my tooth is worst than before. It feels like sand paper and it NEVER was supposed to be there. If your dental needs are anything beyond a basic cleaning, save yourself the trauma and go to a competent practice that actually knows their limits. I will never step foot in this office again.
