I really like their unlimited monthly car wash plans. $17 to $19 per month for each per car is very reasonably good and affordable. The car wash services here are excellent. You would get a pack of wet napkin to clean up your dusty interior dashboard at the beginning of every exterior car wash drive thru. The customer service representatives working at this place are very helpful and can guide you through the car cleaning processes. Plus, this place has almost everything you would need to clean up your car. This place has lots of spacious car ports for vacuuming and for other self-services needs. This place also has a separate big building that is a spacious waiting dry room area. Cleaning up every detail of my car here is very easy. In addition to my car wash, they offer free vacuum, free mat cleaning, and free mat beater. I found that mat beater and rug cleaner machines were very easy to use. I love the super clean results of my floor mats; and, the more I used the mat cleaning machines, the more my floor mats can turn looking back to brand new condition. Very disappointed. I showed up approximately 15 minutes early for the scheduled appointment only to have the Manager Nick attempt to charge me $20 for full service. I told him it was my February mini-detail as part of my $35.00 a month plan. He said it was $20 today or free tomorrow. I said it's February, I have all month to use it or lose it. I'm a 75-year-old senior citizen. This was terribly unfair to me and embarrassing. Nick actually called Jesus and ordered him to stop working on my Honda Odyssey. Your system and your Manager need to be in sync. First Nick blamed the app. I didn't know you had an app. Then Nick blamed the website. It's patently unfair to treat customers like this. read more

Made an appointment for full service, was going to get their top shelf service, and if the job was done well, I was going to tip $20 cash. Arrived 5 minutes early, was told the person performing the service would arrive at the time the service was scheduled for, but I was welcomed to wait in the first spot and he'd take care of me in 5 minutes! Came here to use the self service wash. I had tokens from my last visit but found out it doesn't take tokens. (don't know when that changed) The guy working today said I would have to call customer service because "they don't have anything to do with the self service wash". He comes back with a dollar and explained it was for the token I lost in the machine. Thank you but what about the other tokens I have in my hand? He looked confused and couldn't help me. He never gave me the number for customer service so I know how this was going to end. I have tokens I paid for that are now worthless. I 100/10 recommend this car wash! No matter what tier you choose, all the amenities are included. There's plenty of space for multiple cars, plus they provide two types of long corded vacuums, air for tires, and two machines for your mats (one for rubber, one for rugs)--I've never seen that before, but it's super helpful for getting dirt out. They also supply microfiber cloths for both the inside and outside of your car. They even have a self-wash service with two stalls if you want to hand wash your car. I love the max tier--$30 for unlimited washes plus one free detailing a month. Fair warning, it's not a $200 professional detail, but honestly, they do a better job than I would--what a steal! The only thing I suggest: when they put the plastic cover on your wipers or spray your car, it'd be nice if they could spray the back where it doesn't get washed. I usually ask nicely, but sometimes I forget since it's always busy. Even so, the staff all have great customer service. I took my new (10-month old) Subaru CrossTrek here for a wash in mid-July 2024, around when they first opened. After the car went through the machine wash, and was finished off by the associate, I noticed white streaks on the black plastic molding panels that are between the car doors. I asked for a manager, and it was a very young, 20 somethings kid. He took photos of the damage and encouraged me to file a claim as well to a number he provided. At home, I reached out to this number which then prompted me to send photos and initiated a claim with a customer service rep. Two months goes by.... nobody reaches out about it. I had purchased a $35 wash, tipped the worker $5 who finished off the vehicle, and had begun a membership with Zup Thru Car Wash. I wanted to cancel my membership, which they did, and be refunded for my wash because I had to go get another wash and have the white streaks removed. They couldn't identify the product used by their associate or chemical used by the machine wash, that would produce some marks on the black plastic areas of a car. And let me tell you... it was very difficult to scrub off. I call them up and ask what happened to my claim, and a lady named "Ashley" answered the phone. I gave the background story and she said she would reach out to someone at the Brentwood location to reach out to me. Another handful of days go by and I am contacted by no one.... So then I go in person, and talk to another young kid named Omar... this guy is juggling two phones, and talking to customers at their vehicles, and at the cashier window as well. He's all over the place, with fellow associates just standing around and directing all calls/complaints to him. From my vehicle, I ask the cashier guy, "Can I talk to a manager please?" He yells out to Omar, "Hey! Customer wants to talk to you." He replies, "For what?" Just an overall rude experience.... He comes over, barely says much, is handed a second phone to handle someone, takes a picture of my already restored black plastic, and I told him it's been 2 months since I was here and that I have since had it rewashed and back to what it used to look like. He says oh it's just for this and that.... I have no clue if that photo was what made the decision on the other end, but Omar said someone by the name of Paul would reach out to me by end of day, if not tomorrow, since it already was the afternoon. The next day, someone named John, texts me instead, and says my $35 could not be refunded because the services and what happened to me was a one-off. I was unhappy with their services. I will NOT be recommending this spot to family and friends whatsoever. If you encounter ANY issues with your vehicle, good luck getting it resolved. I went to this car wash today to pay for a full service detail for my car. I've had the service before and was very satisfied with the job that was done. Today I returned and paid for the same service. When I was called over to get my car I gave the kid a good tip and returned home. As I got out of my car I noticed that my tires and wheels had not been cleaned or treated with a tire shine product. I called the toll free number and got nowhere. I drove back to the facility and approached the window, where the clerk was that took my payment. I explained to him that my wheels and tires had not been serviced and requested that they be taken care of. He asked me to go back to the area where they do the details and I did. When I approached the area to young men ignored me and treated me with disrespect. I asked him why my tires and wheels hadn't been taken care of when I was there before and they said that they ran out of time and at the time limit is 20 minutes.I was surprised by this because I did not know that this was a policy, but what I did notice is that the gentleman who did my car detail took his time wiping down windows and other areas in my car and never attempted to my tires are wheels. So what I'm guessing is that they do the easy stuff first and when they ran out of time, they leave the most detailed of services not completed. This is a horrible policy and needs to be changed. Obviously tires and wheels probably take the most time and work and therefore left for last just in time for them to run out of time. read more

After the blower process, a towel roller similar to the wet mop will further dry your vehicle, what a big plus! -Carpet duster. Put in your carpet like a toaster oven and it will brush off dust and debris. Much more effective the vacuum. -DIY carwash and full service bays. I just left the Zip Thru and went to grab dinner. As I was walking back to my car I noticed that the bird droppings were still on the rear area of my window and trunk area. I went back to the car wash with in the hour, and the young man at the window refused to allow me to go back through. He said I needed my receipt and that I had to immediately go back through, there could be no delay. How do you know that you need to go back if you don't get out of your vehicle? And As you know when you wash your car, typically you throw out all the trash, which included my receipt. Super impressed with this car wash I have recently moved to the area of Brentwood and I was looking for a car wash that allows you to vacuum after the wash and this place does and so much more ! They have a place for you to wash and dry your car mats and also towels that you can use and return if you needed to dry off your vehicle and they also give you a complimentary free towel to clean the inside of your vehicle! I noticed scratch marks on the sides and hood of my brand new truck. I had been using this car wash exclusively. I reported the damage in August and the GM finally got back to me in September. He told me to my face and put it in text, that without admitting liability, that they would repair the damage. On October 23 he sent a message that the repair guy was no longer there, they are unable to do the repairs and there was no committment from their side. I had to go though Farmers Insurance to get my vehicle repaired. The bill was $5,643.57 including my $1000 deductible. The GM, John, refused to ever give his last name, blocked by cell phone, would not return messages or emails. This is the type of Customer service to expect if you notice any damage to your vehicle. I came back for a second car wash after receiving 50% off the next car wash for buying a platinum wash. I present the receipt with the bar code and information that's say 50% off the next wash. I was being helped by Nick. When he asked me for the coupon, I was confused because when we were presented the receipt and told about the 50% of next wash, we were not given anything but the receipt. Nick just shrugged his shoulders and said there's nothing i can do. I asked if I could speak with a manager. Nick proceeds to tell me he, "is the closest thing to the manger". So ... your not the manager? I then tell him the associate name on the bottom of the receipt says Paul. Can we speak with him? Im then told his name is on all the receipts because he's the owner. I asked if he could be called to clear this up? Nick calls Paul the owner, who is just as unhelpful as Nick. Please keep in mind the value that would be saved here is roughly $10. Im still waiting as they are taking and the only thing I hear over and over is, "Yeah, no one is in line behind her". Do I not count as a valued customer? I mean I was returning. After nick hands up with the owner, he says nothing. I'm just waiting. I then say I'm happy to leave and go to another car wash (at this point i had been waiting 15 minutes). Nick then tells me he's sending the receipt to "incident reporting ". I then ask ok, who should I follow up with. He reports in waiting for them to respond. I replied is this 5 minutes., 30 minutes? At this point it's pulling teeth trying to talk to nick. After waiting again about 5 minutes. He asked me for $10. I said ok, I'm guessing they approved this? He said yes. I paid he gives me another receipt that says 50% next car wash... he proceeds to say.."i can't give you another coupon for the 50% off car wash. At this point I laughed, because I never received a coupon in the first place!! Please avoid this car wash, it's no better than the 10 other pops we have in town and they make you feel like your trying to steal car washes from them! Over all not worth the headache for something that could have been resolved quickly. This place needs to work on customer service. read more

Cancelled my membership here after so many issues. My license plate comes out bent after every wash. Never cleans my car that well. Wheel cleaner at the end of the wash has caused my car to get stuck a few times and the employees try to blame it on me. It was good when it first opened but has gone downhill fast. Really bad customer service. I came to this car wash for the first time ever and made the mistake of putting my mat it the mat washer. It got stuck and an employee had to pull it out and upon pulling it out it ripped. The employee sent my name and number to a manager, took a picture of the mat and told me a manager would reach out to me but never did. I texted their customer service number and shared what happened. The agent was adamant to tell me there was nothing wrong with the mat washer it was working just fine and this had never happened before nor have they ever seen an incident like this. He stated it was courtesy that they ordered me a new mat for replacement. I didn't understand why he needed to share that with me. He continued to argue that the machine wasn't at fault and even when I decided to stop replying, he texted me saying that they've never seen such a scenario. At that point I didn't even want the mat they were offering, I requested a refund to call it even. I also went back to the car wash so I could get the contact information of the locations manager and the employees stated they didn't have his number. I called the customer service number hoping to speak with a new agent regarding the refund but I got the same person I was texting. He proceeded to argue with me over the phone saying they wouldn't take liability for the damaged mat. Also said they had to open an investigation and a case for what happened. After confirming over the phone I just wanted a refund, I asked for the person I had been speaking to name and provided me with a woman's name Maria. I found that weird because I had been in contact with a male and he even confirmed on the phone he was the one I was texting. They shared the name Hugo after I requested the males name. I wasn't even expecting them to replace my mat, I thought they could compensate me with a car wash or two. Don't go here because if anything of yours gets damaged they won't help you and they'll blame you lol. read more
