I've been a regular Customer for about 6 months, until my car sustained damage of over $1,100. This occurred over a year ago. I'm writing now to alert anyone who uses this car wash to be aware. Management refused to cover the damage despite proof of my damaged hood. I'll never use this car wash again! 07/24/2026 update: My claim number is 220871, Location 2408 (Brentwood). In response to this comment: "We are only responsible for items that are factory-installed, secured, undamaged, and on vehicles that are less than five years old". The hood of my car was factory installed and the car is less than 5 years old. Hence, Quick Quack is 100% responsible for the damage that occurred to my car as reported. I now use touchless car washes as I value my car and will no longer risk damage to any of my cars. read more

First-time member at Quick Quack Car Wash and overall I like it. I appreciate the gated, members-only access -- it keeps the vacuum and towel area from being overcrowded like other car washes. My only issue is the drying. The towels weren't completely clean or dry and actually left dirt on my windows. The blower also leaves some water behind. If the towels were super dry and cleaner, this place would be great. Update: I want to thank the manager for reaching out so quickly and explaining why the microfiber towels are slightly damp. I didn't realize that fully dry towels could potentially damage the vehicle's paint or clear coat. I really appreciate them taking the time to educate me. Caused scratches on my car on both times I used it. In addition, they upsell you their subscription without properly giving you an opportunity to read the T&C on the spot, so now if I want to cancel my membership, I have to pay a cancellation fee!!!! Absurd! Def go with a completely touchless car wash if you don't want to damage your paint. "soft touch" isn't soft touch, it's "scratch and ding your car" touch. read more

It's gotten better overtime. They used to have a lot of breakdowns, but they have been on point as of recently. There's never a line I can get in pretty quickly. The service is phenomenal. The quality for what I pay is on point because I can go multiple times in a day. There's always someone there to not only check you in if there is a malfunction but someone inside to operate and direct you. I never have to wait. I've been a member for almost 2 years and what they don't mention is there is a multicar discount when you add other vehicles I had to learn After a year and a half about that. Good wash just never towels there for drying cars. You would need to walk to the front door to get towels to dry your car. Talk to some kid who will only give you 3 towels for your whole car. read more

Love Quick Quack. There's plenty of stalls for members to park their cars to wipe down and clean their cars. There's vacuums, clean-up towels, trash bins for members to use. Only thing is sometimes the water or the soap used in the car wash doesn't smell fresh. Also sometimes the clean touch-up towels smelled a little funny too. Noticed that at the ends of the clean up stalls, there's no vacuums available. It'll be great if the grounds were cleaned up during parts of the day. Also, if the grounds could be pressure washed to keep the place clean. Sometimes, people throw things out of their cars so there's litter around. I availed a single wash today for $12.99 and it did not satisfy me at all. They just showered my car with water and that's it. The wiper on top did not even touch the hood and windshield. They offered me a free wash again but i was told if something happens to my car they will not be liable. So how can you be willing to go back if you were told what's gonna happen???. Went in here on a Sunday morning and my car didn't come through clean, no big deal I thought I'll just go back through. When I came around I rolled my window down to ask the gentlemen if anything was wrong with the car wash and what I got in response was the absolute worst attitude and disrespect out of nowhere. I asked to talk to someone in charge to make a complaint and he told me he is the manager. I've been a member for almost 2 years with multiple cars on the account and I simply won't be paying them another dime so long as Wesley is employed there. Came here to get a quick car wash. It's a little more pricey than other places. They weren't very pushy with their membership, which I liked. I took advantage of their folded towels to dry up the windows in my car. I did see that they have vacuums available as well. read more

I'm all fairness I can't say I've ever been to one that was filthy but this location was exceptionally clean and I'm not sure if it was because it wasn't quite 9am but I was more than happy with the experience and appreciated there being plenty of clean towels in the rack. There were a number of people there for an early Sunday morning. If I was in the area more, this would be the only location I would stop at. read more

The staff is a huge reason Im giving this place 5 stars aside from the ease of a car wash. Heres's how it works: you pull up, staff greets you, you pick a car wash from the menu and in to the wash you go. The location is always clean! Unlike other places where the vacuum areas are full of trash, not this place. Its really well kept. Price is reasonable, i hope they stay this way for a while. read more

Ah, Quick Quack Car Wash is finally here in NorCal. I remember having a good service in their branch in Valencia and now they are finally here in Brentwood. Quick car wash prices have steadily increased over the years. Quick Quick is in line with the other car wash places around town. But there are some things that set this apart form the rest. -A friendly staff that greets you when you check in and select the wash type -More suds than the rest of the lot. -The blower is really efficient, you hardly have to wipe off excess water after you're done. In fact, I am confident that you can roll off right after and hardly any water spot will remain on your car. -Two type of vacuum: short slant and wide upholstery at your disposal. This is very handy to separate carpets form seats as you vacuum. -A blower. Game Changer. Really, a gearhead like me really appreciate that Quick Quack has a blower. This is the final piece to really clean your car both inside and out. -Garbage cans are always empty every time I finish up the car. If I only I can put a 0 I would! I was in this location 2 weeks ago, while in the car wash the car in front of me collided with my SUV, his rollers stopped somehow and next thing I know we collided. My SUV still had soap that is why I didn't see the car was already in front of me. I had to put my car on parked to prevent any damage, had few scratches. But if I hadn't put on park would've been a different story. Prior to the incident the worker put a cone behind my SUV and went to the room while other cars are behind me. I had asked the worker what happened she said she doesn't know. ‍ I cancelled my monthly car wash right away. I was traumatized. I will post the video soon. read more

DESTROYED MY SPOILER This car wash does get your car pretty clean, which is why I had the most expensive membership. But the spinning arm just before the dryer ripped my spoiler clean off the car. I spoke to the manager, made an incident report. I ordered a replacement part off eBay, and got it fixed for fairly cheap, and they refuse to help with the low cost of repair. Seems like a short sighted decision on their part, and foolish to loose a membership customer. Also, I cancelled my membership and they are STILL CHARGING. It's worse than trying to leave a stupid gym membership you never lose. These guys SUCK read more

I've had a membership for quite some time. Unfortunately, the quality of service at the Brentwood location has gone down. Significantly down! Vacuums usually have little to no suction or simply aren't working. The Oakley location is much smaller, but seems to have better vacuums. Not sure if it's the management, or staff, but Brentwood Quick Quack is definitely not what it used to be. read more

I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get my dually washed, but also wanted to check out the self-cleaning support services on the back side. I was looking for service like we had in Montana that provided customers with window cleaner; interior conditioner; rags; vacuum with the basic attachments to really clean your interior well. I was part disappointed and part happy. The track doesn't support duallies as of yet, but they were very nice about turning me away and allowed me to use their vacuum and services free of charge. Service attitude 5 stars. I went over the 10 minute time limit I just now noticed. Oops. No attitude from anyone not even other guests. Nice. Employee cleaner was constantly refilling towels or cleaning the area. Again nice. They have items to buy, but I would rather just pay $10 for the cleaning supplies to be furnished at the vacuum parking spot and use what I need. I don't want to waste anything. If you bring your own supplies, this is definitely the way to go. Faster than the wait to have someone else do it and you get it done to your satisfaction. read more

I had always gone to another location for the full service wash. But the car never was cleaned properly. Lots of missed spots outside and inside so instead of going back, I decided to try this place. I drove up and there was no wait, no other car in line. I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service. The lady who came out to help me was very kind and answered all my questions. I was initially going to just pay for the one day but changed my mind to try the monthly unlimited instead. I received the receipt via email with instructions to downloading their app. I don't know how this place compares to others but it was very clean and organized. There were plenty of open spots to vacuum and wipe down the car. The vacuum seemed to work well and there were plenty of folded towels to use to clean the interior. I've only been here a few times but every time have had a positive experience. The line to get your wash moves along quickly and the staff is always extremely pleasant. Their washes are categorized as "good, better and best" and I go for the middle one, which is about $16 if I remember correctly. It's a good value-more bells and whistles than a gas station car wash. A step above a basic wash, if you will. You can purchase a monthly voucher for unlimited washes which I guess is a good value but that's for anyone who would make time to go probably at least once a week-definitely not for me. Overall, convenient and reliable spot for a drive through wash. They even have DIY vacuum stations and give you dashboard wipes to use at your convenience. read more

I recommend getting the monthly pass if you wash more than twice a month and live close by. The staff is friendly and the facility is clean. I don't mind vacuuming my own cars since I do a better job than some full service washes. There has been a couple times I came here and there were no wash towels. Tara is always the sweetest! Actually I never met anyone here who was rude, they are all so very nice and helpful! Great staff and customer service deserves five stars. Missing one star only because lately they run out of towels so I'm literally walking to every station in hopes they have at least one! Another thing, I hope they can be more vigilant and "strict" with the vacuum area on who cleans their cars. Some people just drive up and park without getting a wash so that takes away vacuums from those who are actual paying customers and obviously those people didn't pay at all using the stalls for free. I've one time saw a van that looked like it was lived in using the vacuums and trash bins...obviously didn't get a wash and all the stalls were full so some people had to drive off. Otherwise, this place is great just some small things I hope they improve on. read more

Tried them again yesterday and sure enough another sales pitch for monthly service. This time I had to politely decline 3 times before they finally said ok you just want the basic. This will be the last time I come here. It shouldn't take 3 NO's. Just one no and maybe ask if I want any upgrade. Then let me go. But to have to say NO 3 times before they understand that NO I don't want to get a monthly service. I didn't appreciate this at all. Then no drying service and again $12.99 for basic.
