I thought I'd try compression therapy instead of a full massage. It was my first time at Biohack Cryo & Wellness, I usually go to Pause in Studio City but I stayed close to home this time. The location is nice and looks very clean and well maintained. They also have an infrared sauna (my favorite), cold plunge, cryotherapy as well as other services. My first impression was great, excellent customer service. I even got a discount for being a new customer. I'll definitely be back for the infrared sauna! Glad it's close to Bar Method, I could just go after class next time.
