The best physical therapy clinic ever! After a serious injury where I had torn tendons in my ankle, I completely lost hope. I was in pain for almost a year, had to wear a cast twice, Fouad and his brother are incredibly caring, professional, and dedicated. They spend the entire session working on me with deep, hands-on therapy -- not just using a machine like other places. The difference is unbelievable! My ankle pain is gone, my mobility is back, and I can finally walk again without fear. Even when my lower back starts hurting (I have a disc that slightly bulges), I come here for treatment. They know the muscles so well and understand exactly which areas to massage. After each session, my back pain disappears for weeks -- sometimes for a whole month! My entire family comes here -- my husband, my dad, and my mom -- all for back problems, and every one of us is so happy with the results. We truly feel cared for every single time we visit. I arrived at 8:15am for my 8:30am appt like I was directed. Being a new patient I knew I would have to fill in new patient paperwork. I wait out front until 8:25am which is when my therapist arrived but she did not have a key. At 8:35am another therapist arrived with a key. We were let in and then a couple mins later the front desk person arrived at 8:37am. As I waited for her to reboot the computer and be able to accept us in, I read the sign with read something like "if you arrive late we will only give you what ever remaining time is available for your appt, we value your time so we expect you to value ours". Not a great first impression at all. No one apologized for keeping all 6 of us waiting. I then saw my therapist who told me to hold on filling the paper work to not waste more of my time and that I could do it after. During the appt she kept looking at the clock. When it hit 9am she was like okay well I have to see my next patient now and that this was just the initial diagnosis appt. I mentioned that that is frustrating as they were the ones late and I arrived early. I then had to go sit in the lobby and fill out my paperwork on my time after the appointment. I asked the front desk in a very calm voice, is it normal for you to arrive almost 10mins late after the appointment, and she didn't provide an apology, instead she said this isn't my normal shift, I normally work the 12pm shift. Horrible customer service, Biatta my therapist was great (if it weren't for her it would definitely have been a 1 star rating) but also she should have honored my 30mins and ran late the rest of the day. I also don't like they have 30min appts yet there is not buffer time in between for the therapist to setup between appts and walks their appt out, get them setup at the receptionist. There should be at least 10mins between each appointment and there needs to be a much bigger focus on customer service. I hope to get a referral else where. read more

I was injured with a broke neck, shoulder cuff tears, hip tears with limited range of motion and was sent to Theracare Physical Therapy by my Neurosurgeon and orthopedic surgeon for physical therapy. Therapist at Theracare PT are very educated and knowledgeable of all body parts that patients are having issues with. Marjorie at the front desk is awesome setting appointments, dealing with insurance referrals and is very polite. A huge shout out for Jeffrey Cipriano PT, DPT for treating my wife and I, empowering patients through personalized care, helping them to regain independence. The crew under Jeffrey Cipriano are amazing, Fouad, Christian, Jeff, Emad, Shayda and the rest. If you need to be healed of injuries or just basic wear and tear, this is the place to be. I can't say enough AMAZING things about TheraCare Physical Therapy, where to start? The entire staff, from Jeff, the owner, to Fouad, Christian and Sheida. They are all phenomenal. I had a stroke in 2024, my recovery journey has been rocky, I am paralyzed on my right side but getting BETTER every day. I am with them 3 times per week, but they've given me a home regimen too, which is amazing. They WON'T give up on me, which makes me want to try harder. I was referred to Theracare Physical Therapy, by my Primary Care Physician, from Health Net. I met with Jeffrey Cipriano, PT & Founder to begin PT for my adhesive capsulitis (Frozen Shoulder) at the beginning of my thawing stage. Jeffrey scheduled me for (10) visits and confidently assured me I would be on my way to healing. I told him I scheduled a cortisone injection the following week, with my Ortho, and that I would like to come in the next day. Jeffrey assigned me Gigi, PT and she pushed me during my sessions, while assuring me she would be there in case I endured too much discomfort. Gigi also enlisted Bobby to assist, for heat therapy and helped with my healing journey. When I was not sure if 10 sessions would be enough, Gigi requested Jeffrey to order another 10 sessions from my PCP. By the 8th session, I felt stronger and my ROM (Range of Motion) was almost 100%. I let Gigi know after the 10th session I would probably need one more and that I would complete my healing at home. I promised I would exercise and stretch daily x 7 days a week! I cannot thank Gigi enough for my frozen shoulder journey to healing. I also thank Jeffrey, Bobby and the entire friendly staff! I have been going to theracare physical therapy since March after I was in a head on collision accident. I fractured my elbow, could not extend my elbow and had a lot of pain in my shoulder. I was referred to theracare and thank god I was. They are amazing! Carolina at the front is very patient and works with your schedule and makes appointments work for you. Dr. Cipriano has been my physical therapist for the past few months. He is honestly the most gentle, pure hearted, and caring doctor there is. He was patient with pain level, and did everything he can to help me walk again. He put in his time and effort to help me take my first steps, without my cane. My husband has lower back pain due to bulges on every L vertebrae, from L1-L2 to L5-S1. Someone from Theracare evaluated him, no complaint there. However, when the actual session started, he was treated very superficially, no attention if he was doing the exercises correctly or not, no question if he has pain or not during the session, and toward the end, he was asked to bicycle, even though I can't see how riding a medicinal bicycle improves the lower back pain. It felt more like filling the time with something, anything, than having actually helpful therapy. After that first session, we complained to the reception and she said she'll talk with the supervisor and call back. We never heard back from them. read more

I had a shoulder surgery in November due to a fall. I did my physical therapy here at theracare. Gigi is my physical therapist. She's great and has so much experience. When I went to my doctor this last Tuesday he was very pleased with the progress as he told me with this type of surgery you do not get back to normal and my range of motion is almost back to normal at 180 so he could not believe it.
