I had been considering getting some botox and fillers for my lips for quite sometime now. I have been very conscious about my looks specially my lips. Dr. Yavrouian is phenomenal! Don't look anywhere else! I had done extensive research while looking for a rhinoplasty surgeon, and out of all the surgeons he stood out the most because of his background (being a Double Board Certified Facial Plastic and Reconstructive surgeon) as well as the natural results of his patients. I had a severely deviated bridge and septum which interfered significantly with my breathing - almost 100% blockage in one nostril. I was hoping for a straighter, more functional nose, as well as slight refinement in my tip. I consulted several surgeons in person, and some of them even refused to perform the surgery because they felt they couldn't deliver good results. I felt very comfortable during my consultation with Yavrouian, he was very caring and honest. He is experienced in both open and closed rhinoplasties but recommended an open surgery for me due to the severity of my problems. After a terrible experience with a botched septoplasty (for breathing purposes only, promised no visual would change), that led to a botched revision by the same incompetent surgeon (NOT Dr. Y), my mental well-being was not in a good place. Dr. Yavrouian was open and honest, and said how difficult the procedure would be and that it was one of the more complex and complicated revisions he has seen (a saddle nose deformity, with a plethora of other problems, internally and externally). He didn't promise perfection. And he made sure I knew that. What he delivered was pretty darn near perfect! He replicated the shape of my original nose more than I ever thought possible, after I thought any resemblance of my natural nose was lost forever. I am in the healing process, but two months post op, and I couldn't be happier at this point. I don't feel like I have to hide my face anymore (the botch was BAD). He OVERDELIVERED.
