I wanted to get some flowers for my wife on our 3 year anniversary. I was having a hard time finding flower places that were open, I came across Erica's Blooming Inspirations. She was local and still delivered to Milwaukee area. I ordered a nice flower arrangement. Within minutes, Erica called and emailed me to mention that there were some flowers that she'd have to substitute due to COVID-19 and not being available. We texted back and forth and she promised me she'd make a beautiful arrangement for us. Erica was very responsive to texts and kept me in the loop every step of the way, she texted me today to let me know delivery time , etc. Erica ended up giving me premium roses and upgraded me, plus she didn't charge me a delivery! So, I had planned a perfect marriage proposal, complete with a vase of purple tulips to be delivered to the restaurant where the deed was to be done. However, I was called by the florist to say they had to cancel due to a family emergency five hours prior to our date. I panicked and called Erica for a rush order, to which she replied "no problem". She delivered to the front as planned, on time, and brought a beautiful vase of tulips arranged prettier than I had imagined they would be. The evening went smoothly from there, we are engaged and my fiancé is even now making wedding plans with Erica. I was so impressed with Erica's timeliness and professionalism that I gave her a $100 tip for her superb efforts. I enjoyed working with Erica and she is very professional! My Aunt thought all the flowers shop were closed due to COVID-19 and did not order flowers ahead of time for Mother's Day. Erica was the only flower vendor willing to deliver a day right before Mother's Day, and we are so grateful she made it happen! After placing the order, we were told she was not able to replicate the exact one we ordered via the website, however, she will make it beautiful. I was worried at first because I've had horrible experiences with flowers vendor many times before. Erica not only upgraded the flowers, but made it even better than the original photo. She had it delivered within 20 minutes upon submitting the orders! We are so grateful that she was willing to deliver the flowers to the hospital, even during this time. Erica's Flowers was fantastic to work with and was a really big help. A last-minute positive COVID test isolated a dear friend from her planned family activities. Erica's agreed to help with the short-notice order for a Christmas arrangement. We were updated from the the time the order was placed until the delivery was scheduled and the flowers arrived. Erica's was also able to include a box of chocolates with the flowers. The flowers are fresh and beautiful and arranged with really interesting silver-green foliage. Pine needle branches are the usual that you would receive in a Christmas arrangement. But the cuttings used by Erica's was so, so pretty and different. A pine cone added ven more texture and variety. Ericas Blooming Inspirations definitely exceeded my expectations. I had made an order through BloomNation and needed my arrangement to be delivered at such last minute notice. Being in a totally different country I was surprised to see that they had taken the time to send me a preview of my arrangement via sms! Such great customer service. They even emailed me reassuring me that with my upgrade (that I paid for) my arrangement was sure to be beautiful and a full value. Erica arranged a stunningly beautiful flower arrangement for my boss's birthday. She also made some delicious chocolate covered strawberries! I ordered a bouquet for a same day delivery and was called within 15 minutes to talk about stock, updates to my order and ensuring the timing for delivery was good. She offered alternative options and delivered them in less than 24 hours to my sister in law for her 30th birthday.
