Erica did it again! While visiting in CO, my daughter-in-law surprised me with what appeared to be a classic bottle of red wine chilling in a wine cooler ready for a belated birthday celebration. One layer blueberry with lemon curd filling, the other white with coconut using her signature Dominican vanilla. Epic and tasty too! Also, while visiting I witnessed her at work baking cake-pops as well as readying sample cakes for an upcoming tasting. She really does love and enjoy her craft, painstakingly putting much love and effort into every order she takes in. I'm not tooting her horn just because she is related; she really is that good at what she does. The price was very reasonable, the cake traveled easily, and it looked every bit as special as the occasion. Erica was wonderful to work with. Erica saved our special day. My husband and I were notified the afternoon before our wedding that the cake we had ordered couldn't be made. I was devastate. My mom researched the internet and found Erica's Frosting Frenzy Bakery. not only did she whip up a cake for us in less then 8 hours for 35 people, but she made the most beautiful perfect cake just as we had imagined it would be. and it was delicious! The cake made our small no traditional wedding in our backyard more beautiful and more elegant than could have been expected. Erica made our wedding cake and dessert table, and it was absolutely lovely! The cake was delicious - we had cinnamon roll cake, cupcakes (Dominican vanilla, chocolate, and cinnamon roll), and actual cinnamon rolls and loved all of it. She was able to provide gluten free options too, and incorporate our s'mores station. She was highly communicative and made sure the design and set up of everything was exactly how we were envisioning it. We have ordered many things from Erica and they have all been delicious ! our favorites being the Reese's cake the strawberry cake and the coffee Oreo cake !!
