In addition, she has albums full of pictures and is quick to offer suggestions and customize a cake for you. Many of our guests said (and I agree) that it was simply the best wedding cake they had ever tasted. We chose an amaretto + mocha mouse layer and a lemon + raspberry layer that were both absolutely delicious. A unique feature of Marci's cake is that she layers the filling and cake several times, instead of just once like many other bakeries. As if that weren't enough, the decorations were beautiful. Marci prides her business on their ability to perfectly smooth butter cream icing onto a cake, and she wasn't kidding. They accented our layers with two sizes of brown ribbon, some pine cones, and a few fresh flowers. Simple, and beautiful!
