A unique feature of Marci's cake is that she layers the filling and cake several times, instead of just once like many other bakeries. As if that weren't enough, the decorations were beautiful. The larger cake was for an engagement announcement & the small one was for our gluten free friends & family. The icing was blue and white marbled on the large cake, and white and CSU colors on the small cake. The icing did taste good and was worth 1 star. However, the baker did not put the couple's names on the engagement cake. There was 1" lettering saying congratuations along the top but nothing else on the top. The mini cake had the words I requested, for my son's graduation. The baker also had the cakes ready on time...sort of. That was worth the other star.
