Office Manager, wanted me to show up even with a headache, I specifically told her I couldnt because I had a Headache. She said it would be a no show and they were booked out all the way until May. I told her I would call back and reschedule then if not I'd go else where. Well, I called today and they didn't want to reschedule me and said they need doctors approval before they can reschedule me keeep in mind they had me on hold for 5 minutes for no reason, I let them know that was very unproffesional as Headache are a covid symtpom and if I would of showed up that day like that they would of still sent me home. Never recommeding anyone here. They arent uderstanding of unforseen events and don't appreciatte you as a patient.

I'd go back in 6 months and suddenly I had even more cavities and root exposure that needed $1,000 worth of work. Switched to a different dentist guess what, not a single cavity, no fillings needed.

If you want more than a cleaning, Medi-Cal will only pay for the cheapest option, if they pay at all. This dentist was very clear with me from the start as to what my options were for a crown. Further, he meticulously worked a long morning on the underlying cavity of the tooth, saving me the extra expense of a root canal. That does not sound like a rip off artist to me. The crown is perfect, and yes, I had to dig fairly deep into my savings, but their pricing is quite reasonable for the service and material provided. Further, his office worked with me to accommodate my need to pay in two smaller amounts. I could not be HAPPIER with the results!

I heard from three other people that he has done this to them, this is so he can replace the filing. Unfortunately I no longer go to Milburn Dental. How sad that a dentist will purposely hurt you to get more money.
