On my first visit they could not verify my insurance, so I was unable to get my teeth cleaned. I called my insurance and my insurance couldn't understand why the office was not able to verify it. All the information was listed on my insurance card that I handed them. Anyhow, it got straightened out. The staff is great! Martin is very professional and most importantly it was a nearly painless procedure. When he numbed me for my old crown removal, I barely felt the needle inserted. I get a lot of anxiety from the drill and will often suddenly feel like I can't swallow or choke, but my anxiety was definitely low with Dr. Nahigian. My crown is a front tooth and it's so beautiful and natural looking. It honestly looks like my own tooth! I am very pleased. The office is nice, clean and the staff is very professional and friendly. When I met Dr. Ehsan, he is very pleasant and reassured that he will take care of the tooth. He did his magic and the pain was gone it seemed that nothing happened. On my next appointment, I was a little nervous because I haven't experienced a root canal before and I've heard that it could be painful during or after the procedure. Doctor Ehsan made sure that I am comfortable and relaxed.
