I had prior work done, I've seen the full mouth x rays before, but they charged me to take more. Not only is a system failure concerning, but to charge me for their mistake & "comfort" me by assuring me my insurance covered most of it is unacceptable. The hygienist asked me where I wanted to start on the next visit since I require multiple things. I said I'm unsure, let's ask the dentist. The dentist looked for 7 seconds (without gloves.) and he confirmed we should start on the crown. The crown he wanted to replace was on the wrong side and it was a crown their office just did not long ago. All very concerning to say the least. Will not go back.

Denture didn't fit , teeth were way too big, and would not stay in my mouth! I had implants in my denture and they still didn't fit , so embarrassing ! Had gotten a flyer in my mail from Dr. Parks. Decided to have him do bottom denture for me. What a complete difference in the two dentist! Dr. Parks was so very kind! He totally understood the mess I was in . i was hoping he could fix it! He did!! He pulled bottom teeth, inserted 4 implants and cleaned up a bad infection. I absolutely did not have an ounce of pain whatsoever during or after the procedure! I was given pain meds which I did not even need to take! He made a beautiful denture that FITS my mouth and looks amazing! I am so very happy with the results of the work Dr. Parks did for me. It started the night a veneer fell off, front and center of my smile, the night before flying out for an important event the next morning. Panicked, I reached out to Dr. Ohanesian and to my amazement, he texted me back (at 11PM!) and had me come in before normal working hours in order to squeeze me in. He completely saved the day! When Dr. Mark Takeda (the son) recommended Invisalign, I trusted his advice and eventually decided to move forward. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a mistake. My Invisalign results were disappointing--my teeth never became fully straight--and when I brought this up, he was defensive and dismissive rather than receptive. What's worse, my final interaction with Dr. Mark Takeda (the son) was shockingly unprofessional. He became visibly agitated, raised his voice, and even pointed at me in a confrontational manner. I have never been treated with such disrespect by a healthcare professional in my life. His behavior was rude, aggressive, and completely out of line.
