Delivery was fine and friendly. But the centerpiece for our Christmas table didn't even last four days. I called and left a message but no one called me back. I feel bad for my friend that sent me this centerpiece. I don't know what the price was, but it wasn't worth it. The greens and floral fillers started dying and drying out by day two and the roses wilted and drooped by day three. The only thing that survived was the white mini carnations. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will." I don't really get this when I see how the flowers arrive. That is the only reason I have to take off any stars. It is not to say that they are not nice arrangements, but it feels like flower Russian roulette. I never know what's actually going to show up. For a small business, the price point is to be expected, especially when I include the price of delivery and tipping the driver. I have never had any issues with their delivery at all and the bouquets have always made them to their intended audience. They have called me and asked for further clarification; I appreciated them going the extra mile instead of returning it to the store as a failed delivery. Seeing as how this is the only customer service I have needed, I would say they excel in this area. My friend ordered a 'Peace Plant' for me through 1-800-flowers. Apparently, the local Tucson vendor for 1-800 Flowers is Eric's Flower Market. The Peace Plat did not arrive. My friend confirmed that the shipping address was correct. Still nothing arrived. A call was made to 1-800-Flowers, and they delivered an orchid plant instead. My friend was ripped off paying for a Peace Plant and got an Orchid plant instead. Do not use this service. read more

What a horrible experience dealing with this florist! I used them to make a special arrangement for my brother's funeral. I order a specific arrangement and provided them a picture of what I wanted it to look like. I stress the importance of the fullness of the flowers and greenery. I asked for them to send me a picture prior to the delivery so that I could approve it. They conveniently forgot to sent the picture and when they finally did they provided an excuse that their order came in moldy. Mind you I order the arrangement on 7/14 to be delivered on 7/29. Which should have been plenty of time to find what they needed to fill the order or at least give me the option to cancel the order so I could place it somewhere else. I paid $419.62 for the arrangement expecting it to look like the picture I sent them. When I complained they ONLY provided a credit of $66.31. UPDATE: I disputed the payment via my bank and got my money back. If this happens to you, I suggest you do the same. They have to prove the delivery was done on their end. On 7/7/23, I ordered flowers for a dear friend who was in an accident. I got an email stating they were delivered 7/8- they were not. I emailed- nothing. I called and was told the courier couldn't find the address and they still had the flowers. In the order, I specifically asked for a phone call PRIOR to the delivery to ensure they were delivered correctly. Not only did the courier not call, they lied stating they texted and called. I called again yesterday and was told there was "nothing they can do". Well, I guess my sage advice would be don't order here because the flowers weren't delivered and the person manning the phones is completely incapable. I have not received a refund either. It wasn't it was delivered at 1023 PM and here is the picture of the flowers that were delivered and the one I ordered. I called and complained and they sent out a new order the following day. Had ordered flowers in person before from here and flowers were alright, So we decided to try to order again this past Christmas season. Don't know if it is new trainees or just busy but the flowers were horrible. Ordered 2 sets of flowers to be delivered and only one showed up! And to make matters worse it was nothing like was shown at the store when purchased, puny little arrangement. First thing the next morning took back to shop for complete refund of that bouquet AND the missing flowers. The only reason giving 3 stars instead of 1 is because the owner was very apologetic and could not believe that those flowers went out the way they did, he also did not know what happened to our missing delivery either. Eric gave us our full refund without issue. I think you have to make sure Eric is the one preparing the flowers or else it is not going to be what you are promised. And for a small shop I seriously doubt he has time to do it, so it is a crap shoot of what you get unfortunately. read more

Our son ordered from FTD a $90.00 bouquet for Mother's Day. As you can see by the photos we were extremely disappointed. Our son complained to FTD only to get a "Sorry" and a partial refund. Upon finally finding out the florist who took the FTD order was Eric's Flower Market, we called Eric's only to get an answering machine. We left a message for them to please call us. We have not heard a thing. A friend of ours (without our knowledge) after seeing our pictures called FTD and actually got our son a full refund. I called LM about the delivery being set on the ground and covered with ants. The day arrangement was delivered. I never even got a return call back. When I called them again, today, the guy that answered was flip and arrogant about not returning my call. Their delivery drivers at this store are inept and blind. Drove right past a freight table and set flowers on the ground where black ants climbed onboard to come out on my dining room table. Outside went the arrangement, where it can not be enjoyed, because it was loaded up with black ants. When I called, the store was nice enough to offer to swap them out.
