Where to start, the chicken wings were kinda passable. The coating was pretty hard and not crispy. The onion rings were awful! The oil wasn't hot enough to cook in and the coating soaked up a ton of oil and fell away from the onion leaving a greasy onion on a bed of shrapnel, Someone there really thought they were cooking and just dumped greasy batter bits and thought that it looked ok. The chicken wrap was tasteless and the potato skins had so much bacon and was so salty that if it wasn't for the sour cream they'd be inedible. All in all the food was terrible and they have someone cooking that doesn't know how to cook or doesn't care. This was a take out order so I can't comment on the place itself. Love the pizza but we've had other items that have been equally as good. Only thing that was disappointing were the mozzarella sticks. They need some help. The big pretzel is fantastic usually, but we did get one a few months ago that seemed like it was backed earlier in the evening and reheated for us. That was disappointing. read more

Went for their pizza, which was great...but our waitress Danielle, She was an ok waitress but smelled like weed so bad...we were seated by ourselves and everytime she walked up to our table she left her weed smell behind...so ridiculous...restaurant used to be one of our favorites but the last 2 years it gets worse and worse every time we go...staff look unprofessional, place is dirty and and run down. Came here as it was listed on Google and Bring Fido as dog friendly. We brought our 10 pound Yorkie in a stroller along with my family of 5. Manager told us we had to leave and he was just following the owners new rules. There was hardly anyone else there and we were outside. Stupid loss of money and false advertising. Breakfast was not that great. The dinners are so much better. I'm going for a 4 based on dinner results and service. The eggs were good, but they used griddle grease instead of butter, which I do not care for. The sausage gravy and biscuits were interesting. It's relatively cheap for the amount of food. Ordered bloody mary's. Got a nasty drink that tasted like old chili, no garnish at all. I asked and was told they don't go nuts on garnishes. There was nothing, so she finally brought me sliced pickles in a cup and apologized because there were shredded cheese pieces in it (maybe get a new one) Ordered a sandwich and said I did not want the fries. I was told I could get another side but had to pay for it. Worst bartender ever. Got the grilled him and cheese. Asked for rye bread, didnt get that either. The ham was barely warm, not grilled at all. How can you screw up a ham and cheese. You can call and ask, because I don't understand. Didn't drink the drink. She made no comment. The staff really needs training. The service is awful, no refills, took forever to even have anyone come take our order. This is very disappointing because it is a nice place to go and enjoy sports, and they have a great patio. The tvs need replaced. Just kinda seems like a management problem and they don't want to spend any of their money for much needed updates. Please train staff! read more

We ordered the Tuesday special ( Buy One Pizza get One Pizza Free) when we got our bill we were charged for the toppings. I questioned our waitress who was not a good waitress. She told us the 2nd Pizza is a one topping pizza and you are charged for extra toppings. I told her that's not what the specials menu says. She said yes I know but that's the way it is. I told her maybe they should change that on the menu. She was like technically you got the pizza free you just was charged for the extra toppings. I said yes I get that but your menu says nothing about that. I stopped going over it with her. She didn't even offer to see about getting it changed. Another issue was my mixed drink glass was filled to the top with ice. I think I took maybe 4 Sips and the drink was gone. When I put the glass to the side for the waitress to take my husband asked if I was finished already. I said yep. The glass is full of Ice and I showed him. He said what a rip off. I agreed. Another issue was after we were seated I had to ask a girl cleaning the table next to us if we were going to be waited on. We had been there about 15 min and were about ready to leave. She finally came after she was told we asked and the 2 girl stood there talking about us. She talked about us after getting out change too. I could tell because of her arm movements with our change in her hand. She also at one point had been over at the game trying to help another waitress grab a stuffed animal out of the machine. The girl seating people was over at the game too. I will say the food was good but that was it. It took a while for that to come out as well. A group of men who came in after us got their food before us. One man had something sent back. I'm not sure why. My husband said he will never go back. The only way I go back is if two of my friends insist this is where we go for our lunches every few months otherwise it's a no for me too. read more

I've been here twice. Eh- It's Ok, but I've had MUCH better. The bar needs management / leadership. It's a normal hole-in-the-wall establishment, wings are ok. Beer is cold. Glasses aren't too clean. The biggest is general cleanliness. That is why I say leadership / management. The place needs a good daily wipe down. I've really wanted to like this place. it's a popular destination for bikers on the weekends. I will start with the pros - lots of parking, large venue with plenty of TV's, and a nice outdoor patio. But that isn't enough to keep me coming back. Time and again the service is horrible. It is S...L...O...W...and the food is marginal at best. Ive had the wraps, pizza, wings, and burgers - its all been just edible, barely. If you sit outside the service is even worse, one waitress cant bar tend and wait tables. The staff was unfamiliar with the beer selection. On sunday, we waited and waited for drinks and then waited for the refills. I asked for a burger with everything, it came out (45 minutes later) with only cheese. She was going to take it back to fix it and set it down on an empty table (outside where bugs are everywhere) while she proceeded to take another tables order. So after a few minutes I just got up and retrieved my plate. The waitress was struggling to keep up with her tables and it didn't help that she was taking her time chatting with her friends. NEVER WILL I COME BACK HERE! We had six people in our party. We sat down, ordered and then got our drinks. Right as we got our drinks,we ordered. Here is why I will not come back! Once we ordered, the server decided that she couldnt read her hand writting on her ticket and had to coke back and ask us again if everything was correct. Then after that it took 43 minutes from the time of order until we received our food. Now if you think 43 minutes is long to get food how about our order be wrong when we receive it. She forgot to add an appetizer and that took another 10 minutes. Once receiving our food we had asked for some more sauces.... oh and we never did receive them. This was recommended as the best breakfast in Massillon by several construction workers. I will admit it was the first place in OH where the food is not bland. I am from the ranching country in SW US and like spicy food but the sausage gravey had a single flavor, black pepper. The home fries were soggy, the gravy watery, and ths biscuits divine. The ambiance is neighborhood bar with a rowdy Sat morn crowd who were well lubriquated from the night before. This is not a place to take your wife. Waitress had been rode hard and put up wet but was competent about keeping hands from grabbing where they shoudn't in public. We are moving and went back for lunch since it is close and inexpensive. I have had two terrible experiences with this pub. I will not be returning. Once we were thrown out so staff could have a Chrustmas party. The second was tonight. We ordered food to go left for 5 minutes remembered our food and we went immediately back and they had thrown it all away. I would think they would hang on to our to go order for a few minutes. The service never fails to be as inefficient as it is unfriendly. I suppose they take their inexplicably steady stream of customers for granted, because the bartenders do not make much eye-contact, and you have to hail them down like a taxi. Went with my parents and newphew we waited 15-20 minutes for his high chair, mom got her wings, 10 minutes later I got my food, after another 10 minutes we had to ask for my dads food. We never got our appitizer, waitress never apologized just gave us attitude. Would recommend carryout only. We've been here twice before and the service was just as bad. Better than Buffalo Wild Wings! I really enjoy the Erie Street Pub (formerly hot shots). The wings are excellent and put Buffalo Wild Wings to shame. They're large, juicy, and much more reasonably priced. Beers are affordable and there is a fair variety on tap. The pizza is very good, also. Though it does take awhile sometimes if they have lots of pizzas going in the oven. The area where its clear you're not at a wing/beer chain is the service. The servers are not trained very well and the service has ranged from very good to "I haven't seen my server in 20 minutes and my beer has been empty for 15 min" The easy way around this is to sit at the bar. Which is a nice with many TVs and great programming to watch sports. After 10.30ish the place thinks its a dance club though. A DJ comes in and the volume for the games is cut. I guess they're going after the dual crowd. So, if you're looking for the sports bar, make sure to be leaving by 10ish. If you're looking for the dance club, show up around 10.30. read more

The service was horrible. NEVER have I left without tipping the waitress. Our waitress came and took our drink orders one at a time. A second waitress had to bring us menus since she never brought them. She was too busy hanging out with a boy playing corn hole and putting his hair in a man bun and fixing the zipper on his shorts....thank god she didn't bring our food out because she never washed her hands after. When we asked for napkins and silverware a third person brought out one setting for three people, we had to send her back for two more. No one ever came back to check on us and we had to finally walk up to the bar to request our checks. By the way, the pork chop "special" were thin and dried out.
