Brent and his office failed to tell me that State Farm was not renewing my policy because I had one minor accident and needed roadside assistance once in one year. The only way I found out they weren't allowing me to renew my policy was by asking Brent a random question about my coverage. His "assistant" called me and told me that my coverage expired in 1 day and that I needed to find an insurance provider by then. They claim the sent me a letter 2 months ago notifying me, but I never saw a letter in my mail. There was no email or phone call either. This guy sucks! State Farm sucks!

When I replaced a vehicle on my policy, my agent told me that if my son added a life insurance policy, we would receive an additional discount and my total bill would only be about $20 more per month than what I was currently paying. That information turned out to be inaccurate. Instead, I was later hit with a bill for over $700 per month for two vehicles and life insurance -- which is more than our actual car payments. I feel I was misled, and this situation caused unnecessary stress. I also requested to speak directly with the agent owner to address this matter, but there was no follow-up or communication, which was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. My advice to others: get everything in writing, including detailed quotes and confirmations, so you are not blindsided later. Do not rely solely on verbal assurances. I expected far better transparency and communication.
