Claim was denied because it was not even a qualified claim. He didn't guide me, and just went ahead and submit a claim knowing what kind of water damage I had. Now I am stuck with a claim under my records and my premium will go up due to his ignorance. I don't think my words can express how mad I am at his mistake that who knows how much will cost me and for how long!!! Now if I really have to file a legitimate claim, I will have multiple claims under my policy. Please give yourself a favor and stay away from this agent.
