I never leave reviews I am the type of person that goes with the flow but I absolutely had to this time I renewed my insurance that I've had for 2 yrs no issues I paid on time with no accidents so I figured the renewal this go around would be the same, boy was I wrong did my policy over the phone authorized my down of 650 received my emailed cards few days later I received a letter stating my insurance was canceled because of the 1339 down was denied by my bank. When I called the actual company I was told that the down was 650 and they are not sure why the people at Top tried to take 1339 but nevertheless my insurance was canceled and add 200 extra down now cause of the laps in coverage.
