My wife and I used Erik's services earlier this month for my aunt's condo and I will start off by saying if you are contemplating using him for an estate sale, stop reading this and call him IMMEDIATELY! Erik is professional, personable, courteous and prompt. He's also very understanding as he keeps in mind that, most of the time, he is attempting to sell off someone's life long possessions and those are accompanied with a sensitive nature to it. Right off the bat he was extremely responsive and that's 90% of the battle for us. Erik got back to us within seconds most of the time and even when he couldn't, he always responded within the hour. Erik is true to his word and followed through with everything he said he would and then some. He is very detailed and is the type that if you tell him something once, he gets it and doesn't need to be reminded again. A case in point is at the very beginning, we sent him a text to leave the wet/dry vacuum after he was done and sure enough, the only item left in the entire condo when all was said and done was the vacuum! From the very beginning he was excited about helping us since he used to work at a gym right around the corner so he knew the area well. After some back and forth prep work, we signed the agreement with him and then he went out to look at my aunt's "densely packed condo" as he referred to it on his website. His first order of business was to gather over 30 bags of paperwork to be shredded as that's important due to confidentiality reasons. He then planned everything out with us and before we knew it, it was go time! Let me just add that we were skeptical of anything of my aunt's stuff selling and as my dad so eloquently put it, we didn't think she'd get a penny! Fast forward to sale weekend and Erik was able to sell her 20 year old Saturn, fridge, stained glass, dining room table & chairs, jewelry and a bunch of "littles" as he called them. I won't go into how much she was able to net but I will say that we were prepared to pay a haul away service over $1,000 before we even found Erik and the fact his service includes haul away (for a fee) for anything that doesn't sell, we came out way ahead. Instead of paying someone to haul everything away, we got paid. A total win for us! Again, as I mentioned at the beginning of the review, Erik and his team are well worth your time and I guarantee you won't be sorry with his results. Thank you Erik! 5* all the way! read more

I don't understand why this company doesn't have a ton of positive reviews!!! I've been in the reselling business for a few years, and I know just how rare it is to find estate sale companies that are this cool! So I'm at my computer and I see photos of a REALLY nice computer, some electronics, and other random stuff I'm interested in. This sale was from Friday to Sunday btw... Friday I was in a hurry to pick up items I won at auction, when I stopped by real quick. I assumed the computer was sold, which was my mistake, but still I walked through the house, and at first glance, didn't see the stuff I was interested in. Then I ended up leaving, assuming I was out of luck... Flash forward to same night. I was going through estate sales and mapping out my route for the next day. I scanned through Erik's sale again and saw that he blacked out all of the items that had sold. That's when I saw the AMAZING computer and electronics were showing they were still available! I thought, "this must be a mistake", since I didn't see them during the 5 min I was there earlier that day. So I went for the old' "Hail Mary" play and emailed Erik, assuming he wouldn't respond, which is how 99% of estate sale companies operate... Next morning I wake up and see an email from Erik, where he says, "Yeah I have the computer and most of the electronics available". BOOM, I had a chance at these items, thankfully! Flash forward again and I'm at the estate sale. Not only did they have the complete Alienware computer, Yamaha receiver, and JVC receiver, but also items I was able to make great money on! Prices were fair for all parties involved. I was in dire need of a new computer and guess what?!?!?! I GOT A REALLY GOOD ONE FOR A FAIR PRICE, and STILL made decent money on the rest. I haven't sold everything yet, but let's just say I'm going to do pretty well, relative to the $100 I spent on everything! Also, I'm sure Erik and company did very well, since by the time I left, the house was basically empty!!! 1.) AMAZING DEALS! 2.) RESPONDS TO EMAILS DURING ESTATE SALE 3.) I was having my very first Estate Sale, so I called a few companies. My initial phone call with Erik was all it took for me to hire him. He was friendly, enthusiastic, and seemed passionate about his work. He explained everything from start to finish, and I was hooked. My first meeting with him at my home convinced me I hired the right guy. He was so excited about my "stuff." It wasn't just about how much money he could make for me, but he also had this incredible appreciation for everything I've collected through the years. I loved the excitement in his voice, as we roamed from room to room. Through Erik's eyes, I, too, had a new appreciation for my "things." After a few days, Erik came back to the house, took lots of photos of the merchandise, and created a fantastic advertisement page on his Website. He, then, came back to the house with a friend (a huge shout-out to Robert), and the two of them started setting up. I have a large home with lots of "everything," but they only needed three days to set up. However, as the weather started changing and a major weekend storm was approaching, I was getting nervous. But Erik assured me that "people will come." And he was right. All weekend long, with the rain pouring and the air outside freezing, people showed up - lots and lots of people buying my stuff. This was Erik's doing. His hard effort, advertising and reaching out to the community, brought everyone to the Estate Sale. It ran for three days, and Erik and I ended up doing quite well monetarily. I'd like to mention one more service that Erik provided. Since my goal was to clear out the house, Erik came back the day after the Estate Sale and hauled away everything that didn't sell. He and his crew of four guys took care of business in just a few hours. Erik managed everything from start to finish. This was his "baby," and he brought his A-Game to the table. We are really impressed with the care and attentiveness Erik provided us today. Erik went above and beyond with our items for consignment. One of his employees had an emergency and Erik wound up working our project all on his own. Our unit is not exactly close to the front door it was a little challenging in my opinion. And these included furnitures, appliances, electronics, computers, lamps, jewelry, clothing, shoes, books, paintings, photos, prints, video cassettes, kitchenwares, tools, potted plants, and much more. To ensure everyone's health and well being during this COVID-19 pandemic, everyone was required to wear a mask and maintain social distance inside the house and on the property. Erik and his team consistently run great estate sales with a great selection of items to choose from, staged and laid out in an organized way for very fair prices. Plus, he and his team are just friendly and polite to do business with. So many estate sale companies have sales that are filled with disorganized junk you have to dig through to find anything worth making an offer on, and others have sales with items that are ridiculously over-priced. But not Erik. Good stuff, fair prices, easy to do business with, open to fair negotiation, etc. And he genuinely knows the value of things and appreciates vintage items as much as we do.
