From the start, they took the time to walk through our home and clearly ask about everything we wanted to move so they could mentally map out how to load the truck efficiently. They were extremely diligent with protection, using blankets and/or shrink wrap on all furniture and electronics, and they were very by the book when it came to reviewing the contract and confirming details. I especially appreciated that they checked all electronics before and after the move and even had me climb into the truck at the end to verify that nothing had been left behind. The move‑in was just as smooth. We had labeled certain items to go to one level and others to another, and they followed those directions perfectly, with everything ending up exactly where it was supposed to, with no damage and no confusion. Their organization and care were obvious in every box/container they carried and every piece of furniture they placed. Moving is usually a very stressful experience, but Fito and the Pure Moving team made it feel manageable and even reassuring. I found them to be excellent in every way, and I would highly recommend both the company and this specific crew to anyone looking for reliable, thoughtful, and professional help on moving day.

She discussed my concerns and asked what would be fair compensation for my experience. She followed up & refunded me a fair amount. She discussed a plan for working with the movers & sales mgmt to ensure they have sufficient training on efficiency & company policies (not asking for tips). She said they offer a return customer discount & would ensure I wouldn't have the same team if I used them again. I got this company as a referral from a friend & am hoping this bad experience was a one off. While the move didn't go smooth & I had to pay a task rabbit & a helper money to make up for the lost time I had on a tight deadline, I appreciate Anna doing her best to make up for the bad experience. After this attempt at customer retention, I'd consider this company again. I've updated this review from 1 to 3 stars. The moving experience still stands at 1 but the attempt at repair gets a 5 star effort so I averaged the two. DONT HIRE THESE IMMORAL MOVERS. Today I moved from a 1 bd apt to another 1 bd apt. Any other time I've moved with other companies it has taken 4 hrs with 1-2 movers. This time I request 3 movers bc I had a short window before traveling and I needed it done quickly. Apparently 3 is a crowd. This move took 7 hours. SEVEN HOURS. I watched two of the three unscrew one screw together and it took them 20 minutes on an item that didn't need to be disassembled. They took all the small boxes out of the apartment first and put them out front. Then they continued to do that for a while then they took a few to the elevator and left them around for a little and then eventually loaded them into the truck. Towards the end of the move they had all the large items ready to go into the truck last (unheard of) and two of them went up the elevator to get one roll of Saran Wrap while the third stood outside the truck. One was on his phone every time I looked at him. I asked if one person could wrap furniture while the other two moved items and he snapped at me and said I needed to sign a paper saying I wouldn't hold it against them if the items got damaged. He also said I would need to pay his parking tickets if he got one from being in a loading zone. It was very apparent they were trying to milk the clock. I was quoted 3-5 hours for two people to do a 1 bedroom move so I got a third to speed it up and somehow that made it take longer. On hour 5, and still being at the first location, I called the company because I was concerned with the inefficiency and someone said they'd look into it and call me back. No one called me back. I called again and same thing. I called a third time and told them the movers were now waiting to be paid and I wasn't paying for 7 hours because they were simply milking the clock. The person on the phone was trying to ask me leading questions to convince me it was done right and I stopped her and said you have no idea what I experienced today and the fact that you're trying to tell me shows me you're trying to scam me out of money. I will not be paying for 7 hours of work so what can you do to rectify this? I called HOURS ago reporting my concern and no one called back after saying they would. The person on the phone then told me they'd give me $200 off ($170 an hour was the rate) while the manager the mover spoke to said they'd charge me for 5 hours. Then the manager called back and said I accepted $200 off so they should increase my bill again. I told them no and that I'd be paying the 5 hours and then they asked for tips. I gave them tips. Then I noticed my wine rack was missing within 20 min of them leaving so I called and they told me where it was and it wasn't there so I called back and they blocked me. So I'm missing at least my wine rack and who knows what else because hardly anything is unpacked because this move took all day. Would never recommend this company and will never use them again. I first scheduled a move with dolly but they couldnt secure a truck so I went with a referral from a friend and it wasn't great. I had paid my housekeeper to be with me for 12 hours today to help me unpack and she spent the majority of the day waiting for these guys to move my stuff. I wasted so much time and money today. And now have one day to unpack everything before going out of town. These 3 movers created such a domino effect in such a negative way for me. This was also the most I've ever paid to move. I normally pay around $500 for 2 movers to move in less than 4 hours and this cost me $900 on movers and another $500 for a helper who stood around all day with nothing to unpack because the movers were so inefficient . * $400 on a task rabbit to assemble items the movers didnt*Also they said they'd arrive between 8am and 10am. They got there at 9:45am so the people I asked to help my by supervising the trucks just sat there waiting for two hours. 2 thumbs down

The quote and scheduling for our move was easy and quick. Monsy got back to us immediately and even talked to her manager to get us the best price available. Everything was described in detail and all questions we had were answered honestly. On moving day, the 5-man moving crew arrived on time. Francisco , Hugo , Mark , Rene and Marcos were introduced to us and immediately got to work on moving us out of our 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. We didn't have to lift a finger. All moving supplies were included with our quote and we honestly didn't have to worry about a single thing. All boxes and items were inventoried and Francisco explained to us the very stringent inventory Precision uses. We were put at ease that our items would be safe and sound. It was also good to know that the same crew that packed up our house would be the same 5-man crew that would be moving us into our new home about 10 days later. I thought this was fantastic as they would know how to reassemble furniture and be able to place our items exactly where we want them later on. If you're looking for a complete A to Z moving company that takes care of every detail, Precision Moving & Storage is for you. Gone are the days of moving yourself, enlisting friends and family and renting a U-Haul. The most unprofessional and careless company I have ever done business with. They will be super helpful initially through the quoting process and underquote you only to upcharge you THOUSANDS of dollars during pick-up. By the way, the ONLY thing you can use a legitimate payment method for (credit card) is the security deposit you pay. ALL other transactions have to be cash or money orders that have to be left blank. The most unprofessional, unreliable process I've ever dealt with using a moving company, and I've moved several times in the past decade. Pick-up/loading team in Arizona was two guys who showed up over 90 minutes past the delivery window and were at my home until after midnight. Even though my inventory matched what the estimate stated, I was UPCHARGED ALMOST $1500 on the spot and was told none of my things would be loaded if I didn't agree to the new charges. Unbelievable. The loaders caused HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS OF DAMAGES to my home as the loaders were too careless and lazy to figure out how to take apart my couches. They charged me an additional $300 because my couches were heavy and "didn't come apart". It took me 5 minutes and one YouTube video to figure out how to do this, but the "PROFESSIONAL MOVERS" somehow couldn't figure this out. They instead frustratedly rammed my couches into my walls and doorframe over and over and over again causing significant damages. Some pictures of said damage are attached below, and this is only a few of the pictures. They absolutely destroyed my $3000 couch because they were too lazy to do their jobs appropriately. I've attached pictures of my broken couch as well. It is now crooked and no longer reclines. Completely broken. I called over and over again in the days following pick-up because my experience was so negative and I had a horrible feeling about the whole process. I was assured by the salesman who took my deposit, another person in the sales department, and the pick-up loading team that my things would be delivered by Sunday, Feb. 16th. I called over and over again to get this confirmed but their customer service team is unreachable once they have your money. When I finally talked to a real person, I was told that my things would take up to 30 days to arrive and was rudely hung up on and subsequently NOBODY would return my phone calls. I called my credit card company immediately in regard to the deposit I paid and report the company, and this was the ONLY thing that got the company's attention-- they miraculously found my job quickly and said delivery would arrive at the initially scheduled window. Again, unbelievable. I was called at nearly 9PM at night on Thursday 2/13 and told my things would be delivered at 6AM the following morning, 2/14. The movers didn't arrive until after 2PM on 2/14 (there was bad weather during this portion of the process, which I understand and was very patient with). After drop-off, I discovered that Perfectly Fast failed to deliver several of my things and somehow lost/didn't deliver two of the giant, 27 gallon storage containers that I had hundreds and hundreds of dollars worth of tools, kitchen items, and other valuables that were important to me. They don't even file their own damage/missing items claims, they go through a 3rd party agency that I'm now trying to deal with. I would NEVER recommend this company to anybody, ever. The entire experience has been a nightmare from start to finish and if I can help even one other person on planet earth from having to go through this, I will. PLEASE do yourself a favor and use literally any other moving company that you can find. This is the most unprofessional, illegitimate moving company ever, it was worse than I ever could have imagined.

I originally booked my move through Safe Ship, who assured me they owned their trucks--THEY OUTSOURCE!!! They own absolutely nothing. **Lie number 1** I got scammed by 2 booking agents: safe ship and PF moving. **Lie number 2**. I was quoted $7,500 for the move, but after PF Moving showed up and loaded my belongings, the price doubled to **$15,000**! This was a blatant bait-and-switch tactic. **Lie number 3**: I was told my shipment would be safely stored in a climate-controlled warehouse. This was completely false. When my items arrived, I found melted candles and Tupperware--clearly, there was no climate control whatsoever. **Lie number 4**: They assured me they would disassemble and reassemble my furniture, but they **lost all the screws** and **parts of the bed frames**! Now my furniture is in pieces and unusable. They even folded our mattresses in half and shrink wrapped them damaging the mattresses!! To make matters worse, I was charged for additional boxes that never arrived, and they packed items I never asked them to pack. The most important and valued boxes never made it to my new home. I felt held hostage in my 11th hour and had no choice to use them. Gas lite by their outrageous demands, incorrectly placed contract stipulations, non-chalant behavior, and the worst part was if I didn't pay, they could to keep my belongings and charge me more to store it until it was deemed abandoned and THEY COULD KEEP IT!!! Their teams were anything but professional--I had to threaten to contact the police and lawyers in 3 states just to get them to deliver my furniture. Safe Ship actually had the nerve to tell me that this was standard, my fault, and I needed to calm down even after I paid $15k for a botched move. Btw: Safe Ship doesn't even return my calls. My family has lost decades of memories and collectibles. I have to replace thousands of dollars of collectibles, furniture, and lost family heirlooms that can't be found in the market. We have lost so much and these companies took advantage of me in my weakest state. I'm no dummy, I did my due diligence. BBB has PFM and Safe Ship as a preferred company. Those ratings must have been from their own employees. **Do not use PF Moving or Safe Ship**. They are deceitful, unreliable, and have no regard for their customers things. Save yourself the stress, financial burden, and heartache--this is the worst moving company I have ever dealt with.
