I was instructed to not eat or drink in the ER all night, all morning. Dresnik sent his PA, Michelle, the next morning who was cold and rude to tell me he was not doing the scope, it wasn't an emergency. His PA said he didn't even know who I was. Complete lie!!!! Then she stepped out to speak to with a nurse about Botox and a new boyfriend. I've never had to do that before they called me to check in 30 minutes after they said they would and the doctor would be calling me in 10 minutes. It is now an hour later and I still haven't received a call. I'm going into the office to collect my records and will never use this facility again.
