I mentioned that we didn't need an emergency visit and he fit me in his schedule for the next morning, quoting $175 for the service call. After diagnosing an electrical short in the contactor, he left to pick up a replacement part, and finished the job that same day. At no point, before or during the repair, was I given a total cost estimate outside of the initial $175 or a chance to approve the total job amount prior to completion. It was shocking, then, that the final invoice came out to $800: a $175 diagnostic fee, two hours of labor at $175/hour, and a $275 charge for a part (contactor) that retails for $50 or less. In addition, I wasn't given an invoice upon completion of the job, but rather I had to ask for it twice afterward. If any part of this review gives you pause, I'd consider taking your business elsewhere.

Rather than just assume it was gone I figured i would spend the $130 on a service call and see if an experienced technician could solve the problem. Technician advised me he could not get it out as well. He was honest and told me the part needed ($600) was not worth replacing due to the age (15 yrs) of the water heater. I called several great Air Conditioning Businesses near me, and neither one would do Warranty work. When I called Keith, he was as nice as could be. He agreed to send someone out. The Serviceman, Josh, arrived, 15 min early on my appointment day. He was so professional, and friendly, from the time he arrived, until the time he left. He was optimistic that he could fix my problem...and answered a lot of other questions I had about my system. He couldn't have been nicer! He was confident that he knew what the problem was. We had problems with the Warranty Company....getting authorization to cover the work that needed to be done and Josh, with the approval of Keith, stayed until we got the job done. I am so grateful to both of these men, for their kindness, professional work and determination to help me! I highly recommend them, and I will use them for any work I need done!
