The Serviceman, Josh, arrived, 15 min early on my appointment day. He was so professional, and friendly, from the time he arrived, until the time he left. He was optimistic that he could fix my problem...and answered a lot of other questions I had about my system. He couldn't have been nicer! He was confident that he knew what the problem was. I almost never leave reviews, however I feel this is a case where it is warranted. My AC stopped…read moreworking, and after texting multiple HVAC repair companies, Mario was the first to respond, which I appreciated. I mentioned that we didn't need an emergency visit and he fit me in his schedule for the next morning, quoting $175 for the service call. After diagnosing an electrical short in the contactor, he left to pick up a replacement part, and finished the job that same day. At no point, before or during the repair, was I given a total cost estimate outside of the initial $175 or a chance to approve the total job amount prior to completion. It was shocking, then, that the final invoice came out to $800: a $175 diagnostic fee, two hours of labor at $175/hour, and a $275 charge for a part (contactor) that retails for $50 or less. In addition, I wasn't given an invoice upon completion of the job, but rather I had to ask for it twice afterward. If any part of this review gives you pause, I'd consider taking your business elsewhere.
