Despite this, the firm secretly slipped a predatory clause into the fee agreement anyway, stating that if my husband fell behind on his bill, they would place a lien directly on our house.Due to severe communication issues and massive staff turnover within the firm, our case went stagnant for months. Ausman to refund us $12,200.60.
