At the end of the exam, after admitting that I was not prepared to buy glasses from them that day (which they priced starting at $650 for my prescription) and asking for my PD measurement, I was dismissed (literally, with a hand gesture as the doctor left the room), and told the PD would cost an extra $50. The whole experience left me feeling like her practice is more about money than about patient care.
