I would not recommend this shop at all. The service was unprofessional, communication was poor, and I felt like I was being given the runaround the entire time. Not only did the repair take much longer than promised, When I finally got my car back, the issue still wasn't fixed and I had to take it somewhere else to get it done right. I didn't have any problems when I bought my car here, if anything the sales people Nick and Gracie went out of their way to help me find when I needed and I was very happy with the results!! I was set up with reasonable monthly payments, plus they helped find reasonably price insurance. This is the second time I buy a car here!! I highly recommend this place to all my friends !! So please come on out and see the great prices on some good cars!! If i could give them no star i would. A vehicle was purchased and noticed transmission issues took to 3 different places all machines said transmission, he stated it said no issues. Asked to switch car or cancel contract and could even keep half my down payment owner basically told me fuck myself without using those words and said, "hes only here to sale cars doesnt care what happens after." Stay away from this place. I bought a car & notice that transmisión was not working properly i went back 3 days later. The sales person told me: don't worry let me check the car. N then said everything is ok take it and if it gives you problems we are acknowledge of the problem and we will take action and fixed it for you. Maybe 10 months later the transmisión didn't work anymore.. i went back and i was told by him: all our cars are sold as it is. No warranty. Sorry.. lie to me i lost my $2800 down payment and refuse to Help. Do Not buy A Car here, the cars are not sold at the fare market value and they will charge more then the texas cap off of 18% interest at a woping 27%!!! All the cars end up breaking down and he gets double sometimes triple the money its worth. I purchased a car 3 years ago and it spent 1 year getting repairs now the second engine they replaced is going out too and the transmission went out in a year. Horrible Manager he is even worse then the last one, only trying to get as much money from you as possible. THIEVES!! read more
