I think this place seems a little sketchy at first but it it actually really nice and they take care of you super quick.They charged me a relatively decent price. I looked around several places in town and this one stood out to me the most considering their reasonable prices. They told us it should only take an hour and it only took 45 minutes for them to give us a call and tell us our car was ready to be picked up. The only thing I didn't like was that they charged me almost $20 for paying with my credit card. I understand why they do this, but I just wish I would've known before arriving and being informed that I could've paid less if I had cash. read more

I had a great experience. Someone broke into my car's driver's side window. Within a day my new window was ordered. When I got there the day after, it was installed with an hour. They even vacuumed some of the glass that was still in the car. I also had a nice sized ding on my windshield. It was fixed in less than 20 min and I had no further problem with it cracking. read more

Took my vehicle in at 3pm and they had me drive my vehicle to the back gave my keys to the workers I thought it was going to take a while so I walked down the street to get food real quick and was back within 30 minutes and my car was finished and parked upfront. Super fast service and I payed way less than I was quoted from other places. If you want to save time and money goto this spot. Horrible place- please save your money, I took my car over there to repair a windshield crack and the owner heated the glass too much and ended up cracking my windshield. He offered me a windshield at a discount so I took it. A few months later a crack started to appear on my window so I called the owner and he insisted that I must have been hit by a rock. I told him there was no rock chip and the streak appeared by itself. I called and asked him to look at it to make sure it wasn't a defective windshield and he said he doesn't cover rock chips without even looking at it and hung up on me. In my opinion this place is very shady and I would not recommend you take your vehicle there. Even though they are one of the cheapest in town I say spend the extra few dollars at a place that honors their own warranty. read more

DON'T GO HERE!! If it was possible to give zero stars I would. The price I paid for my replacement windshield was fair, the shop came recommended so I decided to take my car in to get the windshield fixed. Its a small mom and pop business, so I called first and spoke to a man, I'm assuming is the owner. He told me on Saturday they're open from 8-5 and I could bring my car by whenever and have it ready the same day. I took it to the shop, which is located in an unsafe neighborhood. They required I pay for the work up front, in a hurry to be paid. The same guy gave me a receipt scribbled with some prices and that was it, he didn't bother to take down my phone number or any other contact information. I came back at 4pm on Saturday to get my car, all the lights in the office were off, doors were locked, and the no one would answer the phone numbers they provide on their website. The weird part was, my car was parked out front as if it was ready to be picked up but I had no way to access the keys. The sign posted on the front door stated the hours of operation, said that they close at three on Saturday not five like I was told originally. I found it very odd that my car was sitting out front as it was ready to be picked up but there was no one there to help me. I drove all the way across town to get my spare key and come back thinking that maybe they left it for me to take home since the hours posted stated they were closed on Sundays. When I got back to the shop with my spare key, my car was locked up in the backside of the shop, I was without a car the entire weekend, which is how I work. I wasn't able to do my job and when I let the owner know this on Monday when I picked up my car, he shrugged his shoulders, he clearly didn't care. I continued to try calling over the weekend with no luck, On Monday I call again, and finally spoke to the same guy who helped me on Saturday. I went by the shop to pick up my vehicle, I asked him what happened on Saturday and he let me know that he went to the gun show but he had left my keys inside the vehicle so I could've just taken it. My jaw dropped and I couldn't believe he was serious, my car was open and free to whomever wanted it. That's totally unacceptable in my opinion, it's my personal property left unattended while the owner went to a gun show! So unprofessional and the customer service is horrible. They don't have an answering machine so I couldn't leave a message, no email address to let them know I'm standing outside their shop waiting to pick up the car I've ALREADY PAID FOR. Do not use this shop unless you can sit there and wait for the work to be completed. Even then, I wouldn't recommend it. Very shady and poorly run, DO NOT GO HERE!!! read more

I waited 1.5 hours paid 130 they put in the wrong glass, come back 2 days later they said they would order the right glass, pay 40$ more wait another hour and again sorry we have the wrong window. They did not give me a refund because they broke my glass while replacing. They said find the window we will refund you your money and put it in for you. Came back after I found the window with my receipt and they would not do it. They said they didn't right anything on the receipt so I could be lying. Spent 500 and have their window that won't go down because it's the wrong window and the manufacturer window in my garage until I come up with more money to have someone change it. This business is terrible and dishonest. I pray how they did me affects their buisness read more

I took my wife's car to get the drivers window replaced when they finished the regulator didn't work and I asked about that and the guy that sits at the desk got mad right off the bat didn't try to help me his words was "I could have broke it you could have broke it who knows" BEWARE AND STAY AWAY unhonest and as a mechanic I would advise to don't support these kind of people read more
