They came with a high recommendation from the Seattle Broker I used buy my boat from. He told me a story where he took a boat to them that he did not think it was possible to have the boat looking good again. He said after a week he went to pick it up and he said it probably looked better than when it came off the showroom floor. After calling a few detailers in Ancacortes and LaConner I decided to go with them, they were responsive and just seemed to explain things very well. Today I have them working on the hull while it is out of the water, they explained to me that the cost would be the same, but would look better especially at the water line. I hope to have the rest of the boat done in the next few weeks and will provide more pictures then. I was skeptical of how good it would turn out. The blue bayliner line at the waterline, I did not think was fixable as it was so faded. I was shocked at how good it looked even after only the first buffing was done. The rest of the hull was shining like the boat was new! Kyle the crew lead explained what they were doing and how they did it. He obviously take his job seriously because he is good at it. I usually visit after hours so haven't had the displeasure of meeting the owner until today. My truck was exceptionally filthy so I decided to clean it up. I knocked all the extra stuff off and swept out the loose stuff but there was a lot of tree debris stuck in the bed. No problem, I have had this before and just sweep out the area when I'm done, there is a push broom leaning on the building and garbage cans available, only takes me an e tra five minutes. Not today. HALF WAY through my wash the old rude guy who identified himself as the owner came over harassing me about it. Since he was being a total asshat I finished my truck while he swept up, including spraying some more debris off my truck since it wasn't clean yet. After I finished he was making some comment about if my truck was this dirty I needed to take it somewhere else which I happily will! I stopped him, told him that I always sweep the area when I'm finished so his comments were out of line. His response? "But you didn't, did you?" I reminded him that I wasn't finished​ and he started babbling about "I was in the service too you know", to which I responded that doesn't justify being an asshole to paying customers and let him know I would be reviewing his business and would not return. Long story short, if you absolutely have to go here, nowhere else in the state available, make sure your vehicle isn't dirty when you come in, the owner doesnt want any dirt coming off your vehicle, even if you routinely clean upbafter youre finished!​

They texted me to tell me they were done and then they left. Later I went out to inspect the car and I immediately noticed there was a 3" rip in the passenger front door tint. My car is a 2003 Jetta. I also noticed the center arm rest was down. (I had left it up since it gets in the way of shifting) I put the arm rest back up and the top of it flopped down. This was because they had broken the armrest catch. I immediately contacted them and we agreed I would order the armrest part from Amazon and replace it myself since it was only $7. At first he denied noticing anything was wrong the armrest or the tint. (Impossible to miss a 3" rip...) Finally he said he would send out a guy to replace the tint on that window. He confirmed this via text and a phone call. I contacted him 3-4 days later when I hadn't heard from him and he replied saying the tint guy would be out early next week. Since then, I have contacted him many times and he never responds... I ended up having to pay $165 to remove all the tint on my car since the tint place I took it to said the new tint on that window would look different than the old tint on the other windows. (due to the age of the tint and different tint materials they use now) They recommended re-tinting the entire car or removing the tint. I chose removing the tint. I sent the tint place's receipt to The Finest Mobile Detailing and no response as usual. Also the floormats were pretty wet, which he didn't mention to me. I had to put the floormats in the garage so they could dry out so the car didn't smell like mildew. I DO NOT recommend using The Finest Mobile Detailing! Thanks.

We were planning on selling the car, but after looking at replacement options and the high interest rate financing, it was an easy decision to keep the Audi.
