Alvis Mak from NuDent is a really easy going guy full of laughter and genuine smiles, and most of all, he is a perfectionist. He quoted me a substantially lower price than if I had taken the car to a body shop, and set about working at it the next day from 12:30pm to 6:30pm. The only break he took was a quick bathroom break for a couple of minutes. He showed me what he had done, and pointed out that there were still a couple of areas of very small unevenness. Quite frankly, I would have been happy with the work by then. He offered to come again on Family Day to finish his work because by that time, most of his batteries for his tools had to be re-charged. He showed up on Family Day from 10:30 AM and worked for another 2 hours. Alvis had worked for a total of 8 hours on 2 separate days to even out all the dents and creases. In his line of work, one needs to be disciplined and meticulous, and Alvis was all of that. He was honest in pointing out that there were still a couple of very small uneven area, and as a perfectionist, Alvis had come back on Family Day to finish his work.
