I was clear that replacing the dryer vents was the most important thing since birds were nesting in the vents and were the reason the cleaning was needed. They cleaned the day-of and said they would come back later to finish the work. They invoiced me the full amount. I trusted them and paid it. After many weeks of me calling, and them promising to do it, they never replaced the dryer vents.
