Oscar responded with clear and reasonable quotes and a 5-wk process time. sofas were picked up as scheduled. since we're trying to save some $ and matching the seat cushion, there were not too many choices of fabric to choose from. and It was hard/expensive to find trims that matched original design of the sofa. Oscar's staff explained and talked me into just doing simple piping along the base and around all the pillows. the day before delivery I called to confirm (I was really worried they won't make it for my party scheduled day after delivery), then again the morning of delivery and late afternoon. they finally delivered around 5pm on delivery day, 2hrs after their closing time. the sofas looked really nice and the simple piping actually enhanced the seat cushions. we really like it. Oscar was very responsive via text. the staffs were all very helpful throughout the process. I would have given them 5-stars if I didn't have to be so nervous the last 2 days worrying they wouldn't make it.

They picked up my couch from my home before Christmas and delivered it looking gorgeous and more comfortable than it had ever been before today. What a great start of the new year. My 25 pieces were…read morebroken, tearing, chipped or all of the above and when they got done with them -- a week ahead of the four weeks they said it would take -- they looked brand new and beautiful. What's more, Colin (the owner's son) is incredibly honest. The first estimate he gave me included about $1,500 for a clear coat he said was needed for the color I chose. I signed the estimate and paid 1/2 for the deposit. Then Colin called me to say that he wouldn't need to do the clear coat after all, so he was taking that money off the second payment and sending me a new invoice. So many businesses wouldn't have bothered doing this once the client signed and agreed, since they could have pocketed the additional money and I would have been none the wiser. Not these guys! Given that experience, and the finished product, I recommend these nice, honest, small-business owners 1,000%. CFR Patio isn't cheap, but it is more than worth it if you have pricey patio furniture, since redoing my 25 pieces of furniture cost about the same as buying 4-5 replacement chairs. Oh, and their delivery guys are incredibly nice and helpful. Helped me move around the furniture more than once to get it all back the way I wanted. Really can't say enough good things about CFR! Colin, I'm ready to send you the umbrellas next!

We're now ready for more outdoor furniture to get new cushion covers and they'll be my next call tomorrow. Everything was made to fit perfectly, finished on time and no "mark ups" after the fact. The price was a little less than you'd pay if you threw it away and tried to buy new ...... except the older stuff was always more sturdy and thicker and my preference is always to keep the good stuff not replace with cheap garbage. Cris Upholstery makes that possible and keeps a little less out of the landfills. If you do need to replace cushions they can get quality stuff for you. They're just so good. I can't say enough good things about them.
