Wow, that was so incredibly easy! I had been looking around for a way to dispose of my sectional couch and found Ernie's Wagon on Craigslist. Their ad was very complete, stating all of the pricing for removal of all sorts of items. Two piece sectional removal curbside was $70 flat rate, not a penny more. All the other places I contacted (5 others in town) either never returned my calls or quoted me a ridiculous price, which on average was about $40 more that Ernie's. Ryan responded to my email within an hour, and we scheduled the pickup curbside for the following day. Dragged the couch outside to the curb this morning, went to work, it was removed by noon! Even took pictures of the couch in their trailer and the curbside after they moved it away. Paid with Cash App, quick and easy! What a simple process! Just took three photos of my demolition pile, sent them a text that included the photos, and requested a quote. He promptly replied with an amount, set a time for pickup, and it was gone! Very personable young man and excellent communication throughout the whole process. I was not stuck waiting and wondering when he would show, he let me know when he left and what the ETA was. I texted them with some pictures of furniture to be removed, and he quoted a much cheaper price based on his misunderstanding of the number of furniture to be removed. I called for a quote on removing a mattress and a bunch of misc. household throw outs due to not having a truck to make a dump run, Ryan gave a very reasonable quote and came out within an hour!
