Best auto purchase ever!!! Do not skip on this guy. I do not recall his name, but he is a young guy with great deals. I bought a Kia Niro for my husband and the price given by this guy could not be beat. We shopped around for a few months and Eros Auto gave us the best deal. My husband is happy to finally have his "baseball dad" car. The transaction was easy. The paper signing took a few minutes. Usually when I go to car dealerships the transaction takes the whole day, but here they made it fast and easy. The office space is nice, clean and organized. read more

I have had yet another wonder experiance in the leaseing of a new vehicle. My situation was a bit more complicated than the usual runaround. I needed to turn in my vehicle two month early. Erik and his team made this as seamless as possible. A few phone calls later i was in my new car on my way home. Erik helped me navigate the many available packages and identify what was a necessity in order to remain in budget. This is the third vehicle we have gotten through Eros AG. We have used almost every leasing company over the years and none of them compare to the service provided here. Do yourself a favor and give them a call if you are planning on purchasing or leasing a car. I recommend doing this before you are in a situation where your options are limited. If you're still going to a dealership to buy or lease your car, you are wasting your time. First, you're going to spend hours negotiating, doing the back-and-forth game with the salesperson and the manager, and you still won't get as good of a deal as Erik will. Second, once you have come to an agreement, you'll spend a few more hours going through the upsell process while they get your car ready and get all the papers signed. Skip the hassle, call Eros. I have worked with other brokers before, but Erik was the fastest to follow up, he got me the best deal on the car I wanted, got the car delivered, and paperwork took about 15 minutes. Just license, fees, and first month's payment DAS (due at signing). I started the process on Sunday afternoon when they were closed and went to the dealership on the following Saturday to pick up the car. This was the most stress free car buying experience of all time for me. Once I told Sam about the make, model, and trim I wanted with no add-ons, he went to work getting me the best quote. There was a dealer that quoted $13 more than the first dealer and Sam tried to get the dealer to come down in price to match the first offer. He didn't so we went with the first dealer to lock in a low monthly payment plus tax. None of that "cap cost reduction" nonsense you see in the car dealer ads that fool you into thinking you got a deal. You are just prepaying the lease and lowering your monthly payments. The deal that Sam got me was low selling price for the car, standard residual (set by the bank), lease rebate, zero upsell. In fact, I just dealt with Sam 100% of the time. I got the contract emailed to me to sign. Sam met me at the dealership to sign a couple of DMV forms. I wrote the check to the dealership, then Sam drove the car out to the pick up area. ZERO CONTACT WITH ANYONE AT THE VW DEALERSHIP! No games at the finance desk, no wasted time going back and forth, honest selling price of car, and standard money rate with the lease. Sam basically shielded me from all the high pressure sales tactic and made sure I got the best deal. Do yourself a favor and hire a professional like Sam to battle the dealership. This was truly and EZ experience and there was no fee or bill from Sam.

Feeling a bit worried that my check up would take forever, they quoted me about 1.5hrs to do the standard checks including brakes, tires, fluids, and oil change and it actually ended only taking 1 hour! Very thankful that they were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule and take care of my car efficiently with friendly service! I recently leased a car through Eros Auto Group and the process was seamless. They knew my budget and worked with me to get a great deal on a two-year (!!) lease for a 2018 Kia Optima. We dealt with Arsham & Erik, and it couldn't have been easier. Once I narrowed down the car, I gave them a few color options that I would like and they found it. Then they had it delivered right by me, we filled out the paperwork & boom done. We've gotten all of our bills and paperwork and everything went as-expected. They gave us an amount for a down payment and our monthly bill, and that included everything -- there were no hidden charges, no shenanigans, no BS.
