On top of all of that my wheels came back scraped tf outta. I understand if scratches get on the rim but they made sure to get scratches in the center of the wheel as-well. Looks like they weren't careful with it. The guy in the front likes to do a bait and switch so make sure you get your pricing in paper trail. Edit: the owner responded with bad reading comprehension. I said the TOTAL price of a BMC AND wheels was changed between the dates of me calling and me coming in. Please at least read my review before accusing of fake reviews lol.

We're going to go get something to eat. Please call us when it's done. They said OK we left. Approximately 2:45 PM. This chad person calls my girlfriend stating that they cannot do the diagnosis as originally planned because the technicians leave at 4 PM. He was telling her that he can reschedule her for a Saturday morning. after she hung up and told me that just did not sit right with me so I had to speak up because my girlfriend had to leave work early-frankly it was a waste of time. I called back and I spoke to the service manager Mr. Liu, I gave him the information. He then stated that even if he was scheduled on Saturday, the service that we wanted would not be available- wth??? So I don't know why Chad tried to schedule the service and had do we showed up on Saturday, It would've been another waste of time. Mr. Liu, attempted to give us a loaner but at this point, we were frustrated. I just did not feel comfortable having them work on the car. they all need to be on the same page. We end up going back to them and picking up her car. We were unhappy with their service and lack of professionalism. I told them that we were go to a dealership in Ontario. Not going there again!! I have to give recognition to the Big O Tires in this area…read more I came here on a Sunday due to a slow flat tire. I typically go the Americas Tire across the street since I purchased my tires there. Unfortunately, they were closed on Sunday. The staff here were friendly and polite and the place was actually really clean. They assisted me promptly since they just open and I was the first customer. They found a nail closer to the side of the tire and was unable to do the repair. I told them I may have to just fill it up and take it to America Tires the next day since it may be under warranty still. They did not pressure me, completely understood and help me fill my tire a little more just so it will have time to carry me to the next day without a complete flat. Much appreciated the extra step. On top of that, they didn't charge me since they said no works were done. That was awesome and I really appreciate it.

On this visit, Carlos has gone above and beyond for us in fixing our truck. Not only did He make sure that the problem was fixed, he also took the time to answer my questions and show me what the problem was so I could understand what was fixed. This is highly appreciated! From the moment we first called to get a quote, Carlos took the time to hear me out and listen to the problem, he was very understanding and empathetic to our situation; and this did not go unnoticed. One time I bought chips from this location and they were stale and expired. Another time the cashier came out from the store and accused me of leaving a car abandoned there. If it sounds crazy, I know. Today I went in with a gift card and he told me they do not accept shell gift cards. He said they don't accept Shell gift cards for the gas pump or for inside the store. They were not willing to accept my card. This place needs an overhaul or it needs to shut down. It carries the Shell name but it does not conduct business like a proper establishment. I will be reporting this location to their main corporate.
