They responded back the same day and set up a time to come look at the house and give us a quote. He came out on Thursday and said he would call us on Friday with a quote. Wife and I had agreed we were going to use them, just wait and hear back. Friday came and went with no call. I waited until Saturday and nothing. I emailed the guy that came out to our house. Nothing. I then emailed the owner. Nothing. On Sunday, our moving company called and I explained I had not heard back from packers. He said he would call them. A few hours later, the owner responded with an email asking if we ever heard from the worker that came to our house. The owner explained he was out of town with a sick family member. I responded back that I understood completely but would love to get the quote back and get busy since our move was happening in a couple of days. No response again, from anyone. So we decided at last minute to pack our house and get it ready in two days! Communication has been horrible. The owner seems like a good guy and I understand he has a sick family member. But this is more about his worker that came out and never responded back. It has now been 4 days and we move in 24 hours.

Original quote was no more than half a day (which I thought was a stretch). They charge by the hour. They arrived at the storage unit at 10:00am. SEVEN HOURS LATER I was presented the invoice that included the time to go get a flat fixed, the hour lunch time, AND the time they spent trying to get the trailer out of the front yard after getting stuck. One star is a stretch....but the two young men that loaded and unload were nice guys. AND they called when they were on their way and were on time. ONLY positives.

He is careful with our furniture and takes his time to do the best job possible. He has also cleaned our A/C ducts over the years and this really makes a difference if you have allergies. Dale doesn't do the duct cleaning on the same day as the carpet cleaning and of course you want the ducts cleaned first. His prices have always been fair, his work exceeded our expectations and I never worry about any valuables going missing. I have seen him bend over backwards multiple times to make sure customers feel like they are done right by. They're only rare customers who try to take advantage of our company that I've seen him be a little firmer with. Joe is our office manager and sales manager. He does a wonderful job corresponding with customers, especially with all the work that he has to take care of in addition to customer service. The service you receive when you walk through the door is the same service the field teams give when they install your order. Zack is our shop supervisor and is very diligent to take accurate measurements and provide clear game plans for getting work done efficiently, and our shop team works together and gets things done efficiently and professionally. I found an advertising sign for this company, we needed a new gate, in the beginning they were so…read moreattentive, we contracted with them on or about end of August, paid them 50% down payment, our current gate was having issues so we called them out and they were unable to fix it but charged us for the call and I paid it immediately. It is now the end of November and no fence and the only updates we get are when my husband contacts them. Yesterday my husband went to the shop and the promised they would be here today, November 23rd at 8 a.m... it is 8:30 and no show again today. We are now February 23rd and the fence has been completed and of course the owner brought the final invoice wanting a check THAT DAY! My husband simply said we would like to review the invoice please and will get a check to them next day. We have waited for a gate for 6 months! When my husband would ask questions about issues the owner would only push back and take no responsibility. In good conscience I can not recommend this company.
