I was in desperate need of help for my 07 Prius, I had lost both key fobs, and I live in middle of nowhere outside of everyone's territory in buffalo Indiana, noone could help me make key fobs for my car, Toyota wanted 600 plus towing car 50 miles to them, I called bout 20 companies, Mark called back that day at 5 ish, I told him I need help, he said I was wayyy outta his area and asked if I tried closer, I told him I did ann will pay extra for trip fee, cause I was desperate to get to my VA hospital testing the next week, Mark and I agr4eed on price of whole thing , which was so very reasonable, on the low side, I was amazed that he was so reasonable,, well he had other work I expected to see him in a day or 2, he said NOPE,,,he was coming out that night, he got here after 10pm, to my home, over 50 miles outta his area, ,As soon as I met him I knew I was in good hands, Mark is very much a PRO at his work, he is also a good guy who knows his stuff, , within 30 minutes , Mark made me 2 key fobs, and cut a key, and programmed my car to work the other features with prox opening and the like,, Mark also has a kool dog, lol , anyway, I was fortunate to find Mark, No One else was able to do the job quickly without ordering parts that Mark had on hand,,. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I live in Laporte, after calling several other places & being told there was no one available in my area until after 8am. I called & spoke to Mark at 5:40am & asked if there was anyway he could come out to unlock my daughters car. She locked her keys in the car with it running. He said immediately he would be right over. Not only did he come right over, he was also able to make spare keys for us for the car door, ON THE SPOT! I have locked my keys in my truck more times than I can count so this isn't the first time I've had to call someone for help! It's never fun to realize you locked your keys in your vehicle, but this was by FAR the best experience I've had despite the situation. Considering it was almost midnight and he had to drive a distance to get to me, he arrived quickly AND made me a spare key on the spot!!!! After a very frustrating morning locked keys in my vehicle. Lost duplicate key sometime ago. I called Lockout Express serving northwest Indiana and spoke to Mark who said he was a half hour away. Arriving right on time he open the door, then explained he could make a duplicate key even though it's programmable. He made a duplicate key, programmed it and it worked perfectly! I live in Illinois but work in Valparaiso, IN and locked my keys in my car today. Didn't want to have to have a family member drive an hour just to bring my spare key. They said it would take them 25 minutes to get here and they sure did!
