They always know what to do to help him. Boarding is excellent. And grooming? My dogs are Tibetan Spaniels, so they have long hair. Zimmy matts up easily because he's crazy, lol. They get so excited when I tell them they are going to see their Abbey. Crestview is kind to my babies, and they understand that my dogs are extremely bonded, so they do everything they can to keep them together. They receive top notch care at Crestview, as did my cat, a Bengal/Abyssinian mix named Severus when he was alive. We are very happy with Crestview and we highly recommend them!

This was a self-referral- I did not have to have another vet refer me to him to make my appointment. Dr. Avra spent a good 45 minutes with my dog. He conducted a thorough physical examination of my dog (he was very gentle). X-rays were not needed. He confirmed that my dog had a ruptured CCL ligament in her left hind leg and patellar luxation in both hind legs. Dr. Avra recommended surgery, and gave me a detailed copy of the preliminary estimate for her surgery, handouts to take home, as well as their hospital's brochure, which I've attached. Dr. Avra did not pressure me one bit to go ahead with the surgery, but instead he told me to go home and talk it over with my family before making any decisions, esp since CCL surgery is an absolute fortune ($2300). I ended up paying only $68 for today's appointment! My dog is 10 years old now, so I've been to my share of vets over the years, but never have I been to a vet as knowledgeable, thorough, trustworthy, and informative as Dr. Avra. I highly recommend Dr. Avra to anyone in need of advanced care (specifically orthopedics) for a pet. He is phenomenal.

I have referred them to many people as well. My last visit here was nothing short of surreal and I won't be going back. I was shocked to see how much they raised their prices and now, can not possibly be considered a lower cost alternative to other local vets. Apparently, they don't like it much when you question their prices or ask questions about it. At the time of checkout, the bill was far higher than I anticipated and I had to have them deduct a few items I decided not to purchase there. That was yet another thing that seemed to really irk them. On the drive home I called out of curiosity and asked when they raised their exam fee and was told by a VERY snarky and rude "Amanda" that they raise their prices annually "like everyone else does". She then proceeded to tell me that she "talked to the other staff" and "we think you should find another vet". She then hung up on me! I called back immediately in disbelief only for her to immediately hang up on me again! I have sent my concerns to their corporate office however, they don't seem to care since I have received no response. I'm not sure when it became acceptable to treat you customers this way, however, Do not go to the Express Vets in Cumming. There's a reason I was the ONLY person there for an entire hour. I am leaving complaints with the BBB and everywhere else I possibly can. No one should be treated this way.

The doctor is amazing and has the best bedside manner you can ask for. He's compassionate and he's loyal to your dog or cat. unfortunately, we had to put our sweet Addie down this morning and she went peacefully.
