( my husband had lost his job and I am on disability so we asked if we could pay for the end of life care on friday when my check was to be direct deposited. Mind you that this was on a wednesday. So they wouldve only had to wait 2.5 days to get paid. The staff told my husband to" call back when we were able to pay!" ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Call back in 3 days and let my dog suffer in pain. Nice to know that your clinic and staff care more about monies than making sure an animal is not suffering!! We will never bring an animal to thos clinic again. We have since found a clinic that cares about the animals and doeant want them to suffer!! Ive spent so much money bringing my animals to this clinic yet when we really needed a little GRACE the greediness of this clinic superseded the needs of my dog. I will tell everyone about the greediness and unprofessional comments made . Call back when you can pay. We dont care that your dog is suffering. The day came and dropped my pup off at 8:45am and picked him up at 4pm. These people get the job done! They did wonderful with him and kindly explained everything I'll need to know. Sent him with meds, microchipped, shots and flea medication all for $110! Not just cheap but they love and care for our pets like their own.

I cannot recommend this clinic based on my experience. From my perspective, this felt like a…read moremoney-making practice rather than patient care. I brought in a stool sample after personally seeing worms in my dog's stool and paid $60 for a fecal examination. The clinic reported that no parasites were found, which directly contradicted what I observed in the sample I submitted. Instead of addressing this discrepancy, I was told I would have to pay for another office visit before my dog could receive any treatment. Paying for a test that produced results I cannot reconcile with what I witnessed, and then being asked to pay again, was extremely disappointing. I have requested the laboratory report and a review of my case. If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily, I will file a complaint with the Georgia State Board of Veterinary Medicine

So I paid $60 for an exam to get a superficial answer, then was almost definitely upcharged on the shots and the medicine. Also, no one introduced themselves. At least I don't think; genuinely hard to tell because out of the three people that came in, the two talking to me blabber at speeds that would put even the most insufferable salesperson to shame. the third person that came in and took my cat did exactly that. She took my cat, didn't acknowledge or say anything to me, held him incorrectly (with his legs dangling wtf?) and had dropped him off just as abruptly. They also insulted my cat and accused him of being grouchy (or something to that extent) and told the assistant to "watch out for him". TLDR; super impersonable staff, upcharges on service and medications, and unhelpful results Bring your pet here if you hate animals. ⁠⁠

Over those two decades, I've loved and cared for 10 dogs, and every single one of them has been treated here with kindness, patience, and true compassion. Dr. Phillips and Dr. Breeding have walked with me through joyful puppy visits, routine checkups, and some of the hardest goodbyes. Their hearts are as strong as their medical expertise. The staff is nothing short of warm, gentle, and attentive people who genuinely love animals. I've always felt supported, and reassured, no matter the reason for the visit. After so many years and so many pets, they feel like family. I'm endlessly grateful for the care they've given my dogs and the comfort they've given me. I couldn't recommend them more.

The drs always spend time really listening and giving proper advice. Today I had my baby Tony there and he can be very difficult due to his anxiety. They were able to fix the issues we were having along with sitting down and offering multiple different suggestions for managing some of his behavior troubles. They made sure we were both comfortable and didn't make us feel like an inconvenience like some vets have in the past. Even if I relocate in the future I intend to keep brining my pets to this office. They've earned my business for life.
