First the Stepher had mentioned that the next available to send out a technician would be next week Tuesday. I told her I would prefer to do a Friday, since it's my only day I can work from home. She first mentioned that would be difficult. Then she said they wouldn't schedule a visit for a Friday. They only send out technicians for stacked units on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Why not just spit it out that you don't want to service a stacked unit and stop beating around the bush? Ridiculous place. I was willing to put up with their 5 hour window for a day as it was, but forcing me to take a day off for them to come when it's only convenient for them is not good for me. She told us what they would take care of, broke out the costs for us, and gave us a time frame to expect to be able to pick up my mom's ashes and the death certificates. They called me the next week within the time frame Kimberly had given us that everything was ready for pick-up. The Husband Family staff eased what was a trying and hectic time by the response of their courteous, compassionate, and professional staff.

I had left my freezer drawer open yesterday and upon realized, shut it and put a probe thermometer to watch the temp. It never got back down to 0F and was making an awful noise. I called around 8:30am and they had someone here by 11am. And they come to Detroit which is nice because there are plenty of businesses that won't. They required cash which is fine, luckily I had time to run to the ATM with how quickly the tech showed up! He said there was ice on the fan and the thermostat was probably toast so he cleaned that out and replaced the part and was gone in less than 30 minutes. Freezer dropping temp now very fast. It's a good repair person that is there fast, gets it done quick, for a good price, and though I hope to not need them again, they will be my first call for any future needs.

We had to wait 4 weeks as they have only 1 driver who is also the loader. He was kind to help with getting the hospital bed down the stairs which we truly appreciated. World Medical Relief called on Monday to advise up of the pick up scheduled for Thursday. So great that others will be able to use this like-new equipment!
