Had 3 yr old grandson with us Robert came out in short time frame, found the problem and helped us get to a RV Park . I got the part overnighted, Robert returned the day I got the part and stayed till it was fixed. We were on the road again. Excellent service and knowledge. If you are in the need of mobile diesel repairs in the Rio Grande Valley give Robert a call.

Issac later called back to inform me that the owner had decided not to charge for the service and expressed interest in setting up an account with us. Unfortunately, this is where the situation took a negative turn. I asked why there was no charge and requested the owner's first name for my notes. Issac refused to provide it, sarcastically asking why I wasn't requesting the last name or their blood type. He then claimed I was being rude and said, "If they're not going to charge, just accept it." He told me to use his name, Issac, and explained that he was representing the company. However, he wasn't the person who decided on the no-charge policy. I tried to explain that my intention was to help put money in his pocket, and if they wanted to set up an account, I didn't see the harm in providing the owner's first name. I even asked for the initial of the owner's name, but Issac simply said, "Just put 'owner,'" before abruptly hanging up on me. I called back, but Issac didn't answer. As the person responsible for setting up accounts, I was left puzzled. If they're still interested in opening an account, why end the conversation so abruptly? All I can say is wow. This kind of interaction doesn't reflect well on the company's representation. If anyone from the company reads this, I have saved the recording. I guessing he didn't know I would fine the owner's name. Mr. Robert if that is the person representing your company good look.
