I've never had a bad experience here until today. We were seated and waited about 15 minutes for our drinks. When we placed our drink orders, we received our drinks in to-go cups instead of the regular cups provided for dining in. The server had a table next to us and was serving the other customers, asking them if they needed anything or refills, but not us. Once we received our food, she simply placed it on the table without asking if we needed anything else or if everything looked good. It was incredibly rude. read more

I usually eat the wings here, I've been every where and no one has ever beaten twin peaks wings. But I gotta say it's ,only the Greenville SC location on Woodruff Road. They know what they are doing when it comes to those wings. My favorite is the smoked and grilled with the Cajun dry rub . The staff is friendly and nice. Establishment is clean family friendly. The prices are reasonable. I recommend to anyone who is looking for delicious wings . Hands down just simply the best wings . We've also had the fish and chips, burgers and steak. First off let me say that I normally love TP. I've been to a few locations in NC multiple times. Always good food and fantastic waitresses. My boyfriend and I came by this location about 10:30pm last night for fight night and football. Maybe our waitress was having a bad night but she had an attitude the entire time it seemed. We walked in party of eight and they gave us an excuse that their lights had just gone out and the kitchen was not gonna be able to Service. Any food now I would be OK if I would say all the lights were off, and everybody was sitting in the dark at this restaurant, but everybody was having drinks. Watching games. Lights were on. Did not seem to have any kind of power outage failure and really really felt like it was just an excuse because they were gonna close in about an hour. This location never disappoints. Good food, cold beer and great service! I almost always get the wings and they are always fantastic, although $20 for 12 is a bit excessive. $1.50 a wing is more in line with what is out there now and even at that price point it is extremely profitable. Most all of the other menu items are priced appropriately for the portion size and quality. Tonight I had the chicken Cobb salad and it was great! I've had the tacos, the chicken soup, chicken sandwich, salmon and more and they were all delicious and a great value for the price. Ambiance is great like a giant log cabin with 2 nice bars, plenty of seating and fireplace. They have been here for a long time and it's definitely because they take great care of their guests. Thank God we ordered drinks and aps first, before ordering main meals; billionaire bacon was thin sliced 5 pcs of 1/2 strips lukewarm and hard (definitely leftover), the peak sampler was a 1/2 plate of warm soggy fried pickles, 4 small warm chicken fingers with hot buffalo sauce, the mozzarella balls were only thing hot! Dipping sauces were all watered down and Italian sauce was cold! Drinks overpriced for Martinis, but they were properly mixed and cold. Service was good. Went to watch the UEFA soccer final on weekend at the bar. The bartender was asked if she could put the soccer match in one of the TVs where I sat and she said yes. After a few minutes nothing had been changed and she was asked later on in which she responded she had told the manager and the he would at anytime soon change the channel which never occurred. I had to switch seats to sit somewhere else to be able to see the soccer match. This looked like a disservice based on prejudice on some type of characteristic that people may already know what it may be on. Very uncomfortable experience. Looked discriminatory. Also on another occasion sat at a table and some customer gave me stares from far away like if I was doing something, staring at me like to me feel bad also as a form of prejudice.
