The puzzles had a good variety, and the game did a great job of keeping the whole group involved from start to finish. I especially liked that the experience felt adventurous without becoming frustrating. There were plenty of satisfying "aha!" moments, and the theme made the room feel memorable and exciting. Overall, it was a very well-designed escape room and a great activity for a group. We left smiling and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, clever, and immersive escape game experience.

It was a little confusing for me at first because I wasn't sure where to begin, since it's my first time and all. After I got the hang of it, we flew through! It was sooooo much funnnn!! Can't wait to try to solve other rooms :) Thanks to Sydney(our instructor) & the staffs for a great time! PS: I like that this place doesn't lock the door once you enter. You can get out of the room at anytime to use the bathroom or take a call. However, the time does keep running (1hr limit). I just like that I'm not locked in. It's a mental thing I guess lol

Because of the interest of my friends mainly, I was curious to see the differences between Blind Tiger Speakeasy here and the one in OBX escape rooms. The setup and price here is much better. I don't remember all the nuances, but I know the modifications done with KOP are much better. The beginning puzzle, they let you solve it intuitively in parts rather than expect the entire combination to be correct. This helps with playability and the fun factor. They have wonderful employees that work here. Jaden was no exception! I did catch on to some clues faster because even though I didn't remember exactly what I did with my group at the OBX one, I did have a faint inkling. At the OBX one, we didn't solve it but had help from a guide in the room as I was only in a group of 3, the room there required a minimum of 4, and we had to pick rooms that could serve physical accommodations there. I'm still "waiting" for some escape room in the general area to do escape the 90s. The closest one from my area right now seems to be Rochester, which is too far. I do pass by that way once in awhile, but being only one person makes it tough. . .

Luckily there's a person stationed inside the room to help and give hints, otherwise it would have been truly impossible to get past even the beginning and most obvious of puzzles. First of all, the staff was absolutely amazing when it came to customer service! My friends and I…read morebooked a room awhile back. Due to snow, and we were all traveling over an hour to get there, we had to cancel the day of. Emailed to let them know, first email back, from Jeff, was "no problem, would you like to reschedule?" We rescheduled, it snows AGAIN! Same. Sent a email, and again, no problem, would you like a credit or reschedule. So we rebooked and FINALLY made it. We did Witch's Cauldron. We did not make it out :-( But we did have a great time. Some of the puzzles were a bit challenging, and we did have to ask for three clues. The only item I would mention, for those familiar with escape rooms, some items are used more than once, which, the game master may have mentioned and we just missed it, which caused us to lose a bunch of time because we've never done a room that used items more than one time :-) We will definitely be going back!

The rooms are $32 per person (no discounts for children or weekday pricing), and with tax the total price for the three of us was $102.36. David was our game master and did a great job of explaining everything to us before we started and quickly feeding us clues during the game when we asked. We did the Egyptian Tomb: Imhotep's Curse because it felt the most like we were in Indiana Jones. I wish we had known there were actually two rooms, so that I might have budgeted my time better and asked for clues a little sooner. Alas, we did not escape the room(s), but it was still a great experience and it was all very well designed. I think we are all itching to come back for redemption, so we'll definitely return and give one of the other rooms a shot.

The staff were all really polity and supportive, the rooms themselves were clean and tidy, and the woman that provided us with the rules was very kind and supportive - it actually felt like she was rooting for us. There is another escape room place down the street (Amazing Escape Room)... do not waste your time or your money. If you want a stellar experience - Escape Room Mystery is the place to go.
