Beware of Antonio Guzman - Unreliable, Unprofessional, and Poor Workmanship I hired Antonio Guzman to level my yard by spreading dirt. When he arrived, I overheard him on the phone mentioning that he hadn't worked in a while, so I decided to give him a chance. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a huge mistake. I paid him in full upfront, which I now regret. His machine broke down in my yard, and it rained, causing delays. Despite this, I gave him another job to build a front porch, which I also paid for in full. The materials he brought were cheap, with broken wood, and the porch he started is completely unlevel. Everything looks crooked, and the wood makes noises when you walk on it. The boards don't even align properly--it's a total mess. On top of that, he left broken parts from his machine scattered around my yard and never cleaned up after himself. He came back to collect his tools, but I haven't heard from him since. He also damaged my driveway during his work. Please avoid hiring Antonio Guzman. He is unreliable, unprofessional, and does extremely poor-quality work.
